Septic System General summary of septic inspection: System functions fine at time of inspection. 18.0 Septic Field IN NI NP RR 18.1 Booster Pump and Alarm Styles & Materials Septic Tank: Below ground 18.2 Visible Inspection of Inside Tank IN= Inspected, NI= Not Inspected, NP= Not Present, RR= Repair or Replace Comments: IN NI NP RR 18.0 Septic field was inspected after we ran approximately 100-gallons of water and dye through system. During this process we flood the field to make sure of no back ups or water surfacing at field location. During this inspection we also check lines to make sure their are no breaks or leaks. We also do core samples were we dig down 12-18 inches to make sure no dye or septic water is present at the level. At time of inspection I didn't witness any issues or concerns. 18.2 Tank inspected for overall condition and system operation. At time of inspection system ran as it should with no immediate concerns. 1000-gallon concrete tank. Nothing further to report. 18.2 Item 1(Picture) Septic tank location approximately 25-feet East of Back door. Down from bush behind house. 18.2 Item 2(Picture) Covers pulled off tank and tank inspected for flaws or defects. 18.2 Item 3(Picture) 18.2 Item 4(Picture) Tank inspected for solid and fluid levels, Recommend pump out in spring.
