DATA CONSENT Consent to use cookies Personal Data Consent for children Article 5(3) of the e-privacy Directive is implemented into Spanish Law by means of Art 22(2) of the Law on Information Society Services. After the 2009 amendment of the Directive, this article was modified accordingly through the Royal Decree Law 13/2012, of 30 March, transposing Directives with regards to internal markets of electricity and gas and to electronic communications, and adopting measures to correct deviations due to costs and revenue gaps in the sectors of electricity and gas.
