Code Leistung Einheit Euro Charges for Extra Services The extra services listed in this annex shall be carried out on request, provided that personnel, vehicles and equipment are available. Extra services are considered to be services rendered by FHG which are not covered by existing agreements. Liability of FHG is based on legal regulations, exclusive for negligence and gross negligence. In relation to non-merchants, liability for negligence other than gross negligence is excepted. The contractor shall exempt FHG from any third-party claims which might be filed against FHG for damages. These regulations shall be supplemented by the valid Airport Regulations for Hamburg Airport. Place of fulfillment is Hamburg Airport. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg. Minimum charge shall be 20 minutes, unless other basic units are stated. Each unit commenced is payable in full. All listed charges are net amounts. Value-added tax has to be paid in addition.

1.7. Hanger Charger An hourly ground rent ( Hangar Charge ) is to be paid to the Airport for the storage of aircraft in hangars at the Airport. The amount of the ground rent (Hangar Charge) is calculated according to: the licensed Maximum Take-Off Mass (MTOM); the duration of storage; the Hangar and the time of year.
