DELIVERING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS EVERY DAY

CONTENTS Introduction Our awards Our expertise What our clients say Our people Our track record Contact us BRINGING A WEALTH OF DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN, COST MANAGEMENT AND UNPARALLELED CONSTRUCTION EXPERTISE.

INTRODUCTION Southern Region Registered Master Builders 2017 House of the Year Supreme Award Trinity Construction, successfully delivers multi-million-dollar residential projects in Queenstown, New Zealand. The business is led by a team of committed industry-qualified managers including directors Wayne Foley and Roy van Leeuwen, and creates bespoke, quality residential homes for the discerning market. Trinity acts as a niche one-stop-shop of disciplines bringing a genuine wealth of development, design, cost management and unparalleled construction expertise to all projects. COLLABORATIVE AND OPEN WORKING RELATIONSHIPS BUILT ON RECIPROCAL TRUST AND RESPECT. It specialises in creating fully-integrated development pathways for geographically-remote clients, tailoring its services to suit specific client needs and developing a close, collaborative and open working relationship built on reciprocal trust and respect. 3

OUR AWARDS PEER-REVIEWED AND NAILED IT. Trinity s exceptional standards and expertise in construction and business have been recognised with multiple awards in the Southern Region Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition. In 2017, Trinity won the region s overall Supreme House of the Year award after taking out a Gold Award in the New Home Over $2 Million category, and also notching up a Category win for a stunning five-bedroom, 601sqm home on Queenstown Hill. EXCEPTIONAL RESIDENCES WHICH CONSISTENTLY BEAR THE MARK OF SUPERIOR WORKMANSHIP. In 2016, Trinity won a Gold Award for a residential home at Millbrook Resort and was the Category winner for new builds. In 2015 won a Gold Reserve Award, Gold Award and Lifestyle Award for a family-friendly sanctuary at exclusive Closeburn Station. Trinity Development Alliance was also proud and excited to win the Small to Medium Business Category Award at the 2014 Westpac Queenstown Chamber of Commerce Awards. 4

OUR EXPERTISE As a business, Trinity stands apart because of its invaluable commercial insights and established business relationships, thorough knowledge of the project management and construction process and a focus on delivering quality outcomes that exceed client expectations. Through integrating these services, it is a one-stop-shop of development management, project management, quantity surveying and construction management services, and luxury residential construction. In that it is unique. BUILDING LUXURY RESIDENTIAL HOMES THAT MATCH AND OFTEN SURPASS A CLIENT S VISION. Directors Wayne Foley and Roy van Leeuwen have been working together in previous development roles since 1990 as QS and construction manager (Roy) and construction project manager and premium residential villas developer (Wayne). They merged their interests and complementary skills to form Trinity in 2012. 5

OUR EXPERTISE TRINITY ONLY WORKS WITH THE VERY BEST HAND-PICKED PROJECT TEAMS. There are no compromises on this the timing has to be right for the best possible team to come together to maintain that proud track record of building luxury residential homes that match and often surpass a client s vision. Company culture is everything to Trinity driven and measured by providing the best possible professional service to meet all client needs. Trinity holds the highest of standards in everything it does, retains quality staff who are committed to the goals of the company, and works for clients who recognise what Trinity brings to their project and shares those values. As an industry leader in high-end residential builds, Trinity is continuously applying latest technologies and new products to the fields in which it operates. 6

OUR EXPERTISE ACROSS ALL DISCIPLINES, COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Company directors develop a close, collaborative and open working relationship with clients built on reciprocal trust. In the high-end residential construction area of the business, owners of luxury homes receive detail-focussed reports on every stage of their project. Trinity recognises the current shortage of skilled building resources, reliance on established supply chains and networks, increased regulatory and H&S requirements and standards and increased construction costs (materials and skilled labour) so undertakes intensive pricing processes to achieve the best value for only the best outcome. Trinity writes contracts that suit our clients and the particulars of their project. 7
