EJU Participation Fee 30 per participating athlete of EJU Member Federations 100 per participating athlete of Non-EJU Member Federations The fee is not included in the prices stated below. 6. Age 15 years old and over (Born in 2001 and before) 7. Responsibility of the Federations The competitors will compete under the full responsibility of their federations. Each National Federation is responsible for insuring its judokas against injury and third part risk (public liability) during the period of the camp. Reservations will be processed strictly according to the date of your booking. In case your chosen Hotel is fully booked, you will be informed and requested to choose another hotel. Please note that there is a small quota of single rooms available in all Hotel categories. In case of any damage to hotel property or training venue caused by members of a delegation, their National Federation will be charged by the organizing committee. All participants of the training camp must stay at the official hotels during its duration. Accommodation must be booked exclusively through the Organizing Committee of the Festival! Other persons shall not be accepted for training! 11. Daily from 09:00 to 10:00 in the Hall Intersport, at the entrance of the Hall. 12. EJU Supported Athletes Athletes of both EJU Support Lists will be accommodated in double rooms with full board without any additional charge at Hotel Istra, Gran Vista, Plavi or Delfin based on availability. The cost for upgrades in single rooms or higher hotel categories (if available) has to be paid by the supported Athletes National Federation. Athletes with no partner with whom to share a double room can be accommodated with Athletes of another Country if previously agreed (contact organizers). Deadlines Numerical Entry: 20 May 2016 Nominal Entry/Hotel Reservation: 20 May 2016 Visa Application: 15 May 2016 Final entry/travel Schedule/Payment: 01 June 2016 14. Cancellation policy 29 15 days before arrival = 75% refund 14 10 days before arrival = 50% refund Any cancellation less than 10 days before arrival will be treated as no show and 100% of the total amount will be charged. In case a federation does not send the hotel reservation to the organizers before June 1st 2016, the organizer holds a right to add a 10% surcharge to the expenses (in case of bank transfer and in case of cash payment!).
