TECHNICAL DETAILS LOCATION Between the valley of Arno and Serchio, halfway between Pisa and Lucca, the Commune of San Giuliano rises. It is rich of history, of artistic and environmental beauty, inhabited by the Neolithic. It s in the Roman period that San Giuliano Terme knows its splendours: of that period is the aqueduct that lead the precious and beneficial thermal water to the Bagni di Nerone, the ancient name of Pisa s Thermal Baths. The eight arches of the Roman aqueduct, still now existing in Caldaccoli ( Calidae acquae ), are the unique traces of the Roman installation.
