2004 2008 Minister of Trade and Industry Government of Kosovo, Pristina (Kosovo) Leaded talks for the free trade agreements with the Republic of Croatia, Republic of Macedonia, Republic of Albania, Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and at the end negotiations and the agreement for the free trade known as Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA). Leaded the negotiation with the Republic of Turkey and signed the agreement for reciprocal protection of foreign investments. Established the Agency for Foreign Investments in Kosovo and opening many offices for investments in Kosovo, such as: Office in Vienna, Munich, London, Dublin, Glasgow (Scotland), Stockholm, and the contacting branch in Tokyo and Tel Aviv.
