Drafting the strategy for development of the hotel and tourism sector, and promotion of natural and cultural tourism resources in Kosovo. Drafting primary and secondary legislation for development of medium and small size enterprises based on criteria of European Organization for Small and Medium - Size Enterprises, and becoming member of this organization. Building and managing the industrial parks and business zones such as: Business and industrial park in Mitrovica, Drenas, Decan and Gjilan.
