The 10 th anniversary exhibition of automotive industry InterAuto ran August 28 to 31, 2014. This year the trade fair ran alongside with the Moscow International Automobile Salon (MIAS) 2014. The event was officially supported by the Ministry for Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry for Transport of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Moscow region, the Association of Russian Carmakers NP (OAR) and the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). Overall exhibit space comprised more than 46 000 sq m. Five exhibition halls of Pavilions 1 and 2 and adjacent outdoor areas hosted the show. More than 700 companies from 30 regions of Russia and 19 countries of the world displayed their latest achievements and novelties Wide range of goods and services for car fans were displayed at InterAuto 2014: automotive components, garage and service equipment; tires, disks; car care chemicals, paint-and-lacquer materials, oils; car electronics; security systems; automotive accessories and many other things. Thematic location of companies assisted visitors to easier orientate themselves at the exhibition searching required products and services and exhibitors to get the most effect from participation and enables to establish long-term relations.

More than 36 000 people from 81 regions of Russia and 54 foreign countries visited InterAuto 2014 exhibition. 51% Moscow and Moscow region 43% regions of Russia 6% CIS countries and abroad Exhibitors appreciated actions of organizers related to the advertizing campaign of the project and the invitation of specialists of the branch who once again confirmed B2B-format of the event: 97% of visitors of InterAuto 2014 were professionals whose goals were establishment of new contacts, expansion of partner ties, exchange of experience and conclusion of mutually advantageous contracts.

The Official Gala Opening Ceremony devoted to the opening of the 10 th anniversary exhibition of automotive industry InterAuto and the Moscow International Automobile Salon (MIAS) 2014 took place August 28, 2014. Significant automotive events, the International Assembly of Automotive Industry (MAA 2014) and Expert Forum VDA QMC Global Event, were held within the frames of the calendar of events of InterAuto 2014. The visitors had an opportunity to attend the awarding ceremony for the winners of the international independent professional award for the key players of the market of car service equipment in Russia The Golden Wrench 2014. The organizers of the ceremony were Avtomobilnoye Vremia publishing house and Crocus Expo IEC supported by Max Media PH, ASA, GIPA, NAPTO, automotive mass media and Internet portals. Nominees, among which such large producers as Bosch, Maha, Texa, Hunter, Hofmann, ZF, Shell, Wurth, Mirka, and leaders of the wholesale segment of the market (Transtekhservis, Equinet, Inzhtekhservis, Europroject Group and others), were presented in 26 categories.
