From the Master in the East Worshipful Rollie Caabay FROM THE EAST Fraternally, Rollie Caabay, Worshipful Master

From the Senior in the West. The Golf Tournament was also a major success THE SUN IS IN THE WEST It has been a very busy month for the Lodge especially for the officers who continually been rehearsing for their advanced stations. We conferred Brother Cesar Aguirre on August 9 and most of the officers were in the advanced stations. BW Keith Wattles led the way and the ritual was recapped by an outstanding long form lecture by our own James Earl Jones BW Albert Lawson. He delivered the lecture with an awe-inspiring style that was so captivating that nobody even looked at the clocked which was a great indication that everybody was enjoying the experienced. held on August 18 and it was arranged and coordinated by our Worshipful Master Rollie Caabay. Thanks to the supporting cast who were there bright and early that Saturday morning; BW Barry Hughes, Bro Troy Ruiz, Bro Mario Cruz and Bro Delfin Dominguez. I was teamed up with Bro Matt Vallarino and BW Albert Lawson and what a beautiful day to share some thoughts about the Lodge and Masonry with the Man. The meal after the tournament was outstanding. I was somewhat disappointed that there s no trophy for Best Dress and I bought a new pair of shoes for the tournament. Perfect day for fellowship with the brethren from the other lodges. The Masons for Mitts fund raising on August 11 went very well. Pat Nelson showed up with all the decorations and items for auction. I must admit that it was a little daunting working with a very meticulous and very particular individual who didn t want to have anything done less than outstanding. The whole event went very smoothly and thanks to Worshipful Rollie Caabay, Bro Guy Benjamin, Brother Bryan Shields, Bro Troy Ruiz and BW Barry Hughes. The food items were ordered and coordinated by BW Keith Wattles. The auction was performed by our Ring Leader BW Albert Lawson whose behests to the crowd paid dividends were the participants were signing up until the last second. What a lovely day for a good event and fellowship. Congratulations to Bro Florian Linsao and Bro Stephen Roberson for their satisfactory examination. I d like to thank the coaches Bro Ruiz and Bro Cruz who grilled their candidates to perform a very strong proficiency. Hard worked from the coaches and candidates were evident during their proficiency. Kudos to you my brothers. If you know of any brother who I need to contact to get an update on their health issues, please give me a call or text me. Fraternally and On the Level, Manuel Sam Sarmiento Senior Warden
