13. RUNNING OF THE EVENT 13.1 ITINER PROVIDING In Administrativ check. 13.2 TIME CARD PROVIDING/EXCHANGES Time cards will be provided to the participants each days before starting of the Leg, which has to be provided back at the Finish. Time Card exchanges- according to the instructions. 13.3 LIMITED TIME DELAY Delays between two time monitoring stations as well as the delay of the day- is limited to 30 minutes. Exceeding this time, competitors will be excluded from the race. 13.4 FIXED PENALTY Those competitors who get fixed penalties on Saturday and Sunday can revert to the raceaccording to the Programme- until the first vehicle's planned time, in compliance with the other rules described in the TROB rule book. 13.5 EARLY CHECK IN AT THE END OF LEG: In case of early arrival at the end of Leg to the Parc Ferme Finish, time controls will be not penalized. 13.6 PARC FERMÉ: Between Legs, all vehicles must be placed to the Parc Ferme( for the night). Location: GYULA, KOSSUTH TÉR PARKING 13.7 FAULT START: Vehicles, that cannot take the Start- in accordance with the rule book 41.1 - can be pushed out. 14. SERVICEPARK 14.1 LOCATION: GYULA, VÉRTANÚK ÚTJA GPS: N 46 38,589' E 21 16,223' 14.2 OTHER: Refuelling and washing in the Service Park area is PROHIBITED! Refuelling has to be made at the filling stations located at each etap. Carwashes before each service, indicated int he itinerary. Carwashing personell is provided! Entry will be permitted only to Service Vehicles showing The Service Plates. Accompanying team cars can enter only by purchasing a 5000FT sticker at the Administrative Checks. Using a min 5x4m protector canvas under the racing vehicles is mandatory. Each service team has to ensure that after carrying out their activities on the site, they do not leave any pollutants.they will be checked by the technical supervisors, and not complying will entail a 20.000FT fine. The Organizer calls the attention of the participants, that the Service Park is not guarded at night time! 11/10
