After a group welcome dinner on the first night, the retreat will combine yoga (all standards welcome) by our pool or on the beach each morning and evening with plenty of free time during the rest of the day to explore the area or simply relax by the pool. Activities available include wine tasting in local wineries, excellent seafood on the coast, some of France s most impressive Medieval and Roman ruins, kayaking on the beautiful river Orb and of course hitting the beaches - including Cap d Agde - Europe s largest naturist resort. YOUR INSTRUCTOR: NICKLES SPENCER Nickles is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher and attended his first ever class in 2004. He s been teaching yoga for almost a decade and leads several weekly classes in London, fortnightly sessions in Brighton/Hove and regular workshops in both cities. Nickles teaches at festivals all over Europe and hosts several yoga holidays and retreats each year. Aiming to help men rediscover their joi de vivre and the sensory/sensuous energetic pleasures their bodies can offer them, Nickles uses yoga to help students to connect with one of the fundamental philosophies of yoga: selfacceptance. It also helps men conquer negativity and self-criticism, while grounding themselves in their masculinity. And it feels good. His sessions are playful, fun, nourishing, nurturing, sociable, connected and founded in a practice that is both safe and hearty. 3

THE ACCOMMODATION: Cinq & Sept is a luxury gay guesthouse located in the Languedoc region of the South of France. The guesthouse offers a large pool and garden with a summer lounge area in which you can relax. All of the suites at Cinq & Sept comprise of a bedroom, sitting room, shower room, and all have well equipped kitchens. Beds can be either two single beds or one king-sized bed. Each suite is furnished to a very high standard with everything you might need. For example, en-suite shower rooms feature showers with large 'Raindance' heads and pool/beach towels are provided.
