Dalian Dalian Tiandi Located in the southwestern part of Dalian, this is a large-scale, mixed-use, integrated development project. Shui On Land has accepted the invitation from Shui On Group to jointly develop Dalian Tiandi with Shui On Construction and Materials Limited (SOCAM) and Yida Group. With a total developable gross floor area of approximately 3.54 million sq.m., this project consists of software park, office, residential, commercial education facilities, hotels and an area for Xintiandi type development. Foshan Foshan Lingnan Tiandi Situated at the centre of Zumiao Donghua Lane in Chancheng District of Foshan, the site area of the project is about 1.5 million sq.m. Shui On Land will preserve Foshan s tradition and blend it with fashionable elements and modern facilities for a quality city-core integrated development. The project will include office, retail, hotel, cultural facilities and residential complexes.
