CAMPSITE INTERNAL REGULATION ---------------------------- 2 stars ARRÊTÉ MUNICIPAL nb 2017-086 ------------------------ While welcoming you, we wish that, in the interest of all, each will spontaneously respect the present rules, which it is advisable to acquaint before meeting the camping manager to present him/her the necessary pieces for registration. This is only after having registered that the campers will be able to choose their pitch, following the person in charge's indications. 1 - ENTRANCE CONDITIONS : To be agreed to enter, to settle and to stay on a campsite pitch, you must have been authorised to do so by the manager or his/her representative. Access is authorised to caravans in a single axle only. Those in double axle or more, for practical reasons, are not authorised. Staying in «Le camping du Port» includes acceptation of these dispositions and engagement to follow them. 2 - POLICE FORMALITIES: Any person who may stay at least overnight in the camp site, must previously show the manager his/her identity papers and fill in a form required by the Police. Children under 18 without their parents will only be accepted under a written authorisation of them. 3 - INSTALLATION : The tent or caravan and material going with it, must be settled at the indicated place and correspondingly to the instructions given by the person in charge or his/her representative. 4 - RECEPTION DESK : APRIL 29th to JUNE 15th : Open from 10:00 am to 11:30 am th th JUNE 16 to AUGUST 31 : Open from 9:00 am to 11:30 am SEPT. 1st to SEPT. 30th : Open from 10:00 am to 11:30 am and from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm and from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
All information about the facilities and the food provisioning possibilities, the sport installations, the surrounding tourist wealth and all the miscellaneous addresses which can turn out useful will be found at the reception desk. A book or a box of complaints are held at the disposal of the users complaints will be considered only if they are signed, dates and as precised as possible and about recent facts. 5 - INVOICES DUE : Fees are paid to the reception desk. Their amount have been displayed at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception desk. They are due according to the night number spent on the campsite. The users of the campsite are invited to warn the reception clerk of their departure from the day before this one. The campers intending to leave prematurely to opening of the reception have to make the payment of their royalties the day before. 6 - SOUND AND SILENCE : The users of the campsite are insistently asked to avoid any noises and discussions which could bother their neighbours. Acoustic appliances must be adjusted as a consequence. The closures of car doors and trunks must be as well discreet as possible. Silence must be total between 10 PM and 7 AM. 7 - ANIMALS : The owners of animals have to present to the administrator the certificate of antirabies vaccination of current validity and prove the identification of the animal (tattoo, flea and necklace) The owners of animals from a member state of the European Union must be provided with the passport of the animal. Dogs and other animals must be never left free. They must not be left alone in the campsite, even locked in the absence of their bosses who are legally responsible there. 8 - VISITORS : Having been authorized by the administrator or his representative, the visitors can be allowed in the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The camper can receive one or several visitors in the reception. If these visitors are allowed to penetrate into the campsite, the camper who receives them can be asked to settle a royalty, as far as the visitor has access to the services and/or the installations of the campsite. This royalty is the object of a display in the entrance of the campsite and in the reception. The cars of the visitors are forbidden in the campsite.
9 - TRAFFIC AND CAR PARK OF VEHICLES: Inside the camp, vehicles have to run to a limit speed of 10 kph ( 6,21 mph) The traffic is forbidden between 10:00 am and 7:00 am. Only the vehicles which belong to the campers staying there can circulate in the campsite. The car park, strictly forbidden on places usually occupied by the shelters of campsite does not have to, besides, hinder the traffic, nor prevent newcomers' installation. 10 - HOLDING (DRESS) : A correct holding is required. No word, song or attitude has to may shock the neighbours, in particular the children. Any political or religious discussion, any commercial propaganda are formally forbidden in the surrounding limit of the camp. No person can stay in the camp if he/she is affected by a contagious disease (whooping cough, etc.). 11 - HYGIENE AND RESPECT OF INSTALLATIONS : Each is anxious to refrain from any action which could damage the cleanliness, the hygiene and the aspect of the campsite and its installations, notably sanitary. It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or in trenches. The «caravanners» necessarily have to empty their waste water in the installations foreseen for that purpose. Household refuse, waste of all kinds, papers must be put down in garbage cans. Sanitary installations must be maintained in constant state of cleanliness by the users. The wash is strictly forbidden except tubs foreseen in this usage. The clothesline of the linen will be made, if necessary, in the common hairdryer. However it will be tolerated till 10:00 am near shelters, on condition that it is very discreet and does not bother the neighbours. He will never have to be made from trees. Plantations and flower arrangements must be respected. It is forbidden to the camper to plant nails in trees, to cut branches, to make plantations. It is not either allowed to bound the place of an installation by average staffs, nor to dig the ground. Any degradation appointed to the vegetation, to the fences, to the ground or to the installations of the campsite will be chargeable to his/her author. The place which will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when he arrived.
12 - SAFETY : a) Fire Set on fire opened fires (wood - coal, etc.) are strictly forbidden. Stoves must be maintained in perfect working order, and must not be used under a tent or near a car. In case of fire inform at once the direction(management). Fire extinguishers can be used in case of necessity. A case of first aid is available at the reception. b) Thef The management is responsible for objects deposited to the office desk and has a general obligation(bond) of surveillance of the campsite. The camper keeps the responsibility of his own installation and has to indicate at once to the person in charge the presence in the camp of every suspect person. Although the guarding is assured, the users of the campsite are invited to take the usual precautions for the protection of their equipment. 13 - PLAYGROUND : No violent game (set, play), or annoying, can be organized near the installations. The conference room cannot be used for the animated games. The children will always have to be under the supervision of their relatives. 14 - DEAD GARAGE : It can be left by material unused on the ground that after agreement of the management and only to the indicated place. The management is not responsible for this equipment in the absence of the owner. A royalty the amount of which will be posted (shown) to the office (desk) will be due for the dead garage. 15 - DISPLAY : The present internal regulation is posted in the entrance of the campsite and in the reception. It is put handed to the customer in his/her demand. 16 - MALPRACTICE AGAINST THE INTERNAL REGULATION: In case a resident would disrupt(perturb) the stay of the other users or would not respect the capacities(measures) of the present regulation(payment) will can orally or in writing if he considers it necessary, to instruct this last one to stop the confusions. In case of malpractice grave or repeated to the internal regulation and after formal demand by the administrator to conform to it, this one can cancel the contract.
