Winter storage is free with a signed contract for the following year. Electric meter readings will be taken August 1, 2013 (due October 1, 2013 and November 1, 2013 (due January 1, 2014). Payments (cable is included in these prices): Four Installments of $600.00, due November 1, 2012; January 1, 2013; March 1, 2013 and May 1, 2013. Six Installments of $400.00, due November 1, 2012; January 1, 2013; March 1, 2013; May 1, 2013; July 1, 2013 and September 1, 2013. Monthly Installments of $200.00, due the 1 st of each month starting November 1, 2012. Payment method: checks and cash preferred. If you choose to pay by credit card, there will be a 3% processing fee added to your payment (totaling $72.00 in fees). Late payments: If a payment is not received in by the due date, there will be a $25.00 late fee assessed to your account. If full payment is not made within 30 days, the campground has the right to cancel the contract and remove your camper from the site. Guests: A guest is anyone visiting the campground and who is not listed on a signed contract. All guests must sign in at the Camp Store upon arrival. If the office is closed, please call the campground phone number (570-839-8950) or email us. This also applies to guests on our property out-of-season. Any guest that does not register and pay the guest fee, will be charged double the normal guest fees and the amount owed will be applied to your account.

Guest Fees: Adults Children (3 12 years) Rates $1.00/hour up to 5 hours, then $5.00 flat rate and overnight $1.00/hour up to 3 hours, then $3.00 flat rate and overnight Guests must return car passes to Camp Store upon departure. Guests will only be allowed if there is an adult (21 years or older) present and he/she must be listed on the contract. Off-Season (October 28, 2012 April 26, 2013): Winter storage is free with a signed contract for the following year. Electricity will be on. There will be no cable or water available at your site. Water will be available from a faucet located outside the farmhouse, which is just below the pool. During the winter months, the weather is unpredictable and so are the road conditions. The main entrance road will be plowed (entrance to office). Seasonal site access roads will not be plowed. Four wheel drive vehicles are recommended. Mt. Pocono Campground, Inc. will not be held responsible for towing vehicles, damage done to vehicles or personal injuries due to ice. If a signed contract is broken, the camper must be removed from the campground property immediately. Registration & Insurance: All campers must have current license plates and date stickers fastened to the exterior. Insurance must be current. The campground requires copies of current registration and insurance. Pet Guidelines: All dogs must be registered with the campground. Current Rabies Vaccination and a signed copy of the Pet Guidelines Sheet must be on file. Pets should never be left unattended. Pets should always be on a short leash (6 feet or less), except in the dog run area. All pet/dog droppings are the responsibility of the pet owner. If any dog is creating a disturbance or being a nuisance, the pet will be immediately removed from the campground per request of the campground owner. Visitors of seasonal guests are not permitted to bring pets. Children, under the age of 14 years of age, are not allowed to walk pets. No pets allowed in Indoor Entertainment Center, Bathhouse, Camp Store, Playground and Swimming Pool Area. Acts of aggression against other dogs or people are prohibited. The pet will be immediately removed from the campground per request of the campground owner.

Guidelines For An Enjoyable Stay: Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m., Strictly Enforced. Security will patrol the area. No screaming or loud voices will be tolerated. All radios/stereos must be turned off by 10:00 p.m. This is an ordinance of the Borough of Mt. Pocono. Firewood: Purchase it at the Camp Store. Cutting of trees, branches, bushes or any other plant, "dead or alive," is strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined $250.00, prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and immediately evicted from the property. Note: Any wood transported across state lines is prohibited and against the law, due to insect infestation. Preserving Nature: DO NOT DESTROY VEGETATION. Stay on designated paths. Do not put nails in the trees. Do not throw charcoal or grease into woods. Campsites/Campers: Glass containers permitted on campsites only! Renting your camper is not permitted. Campsites must be kept clean and free of debris. If your site is unacceptable, you will be notified by the campground. If the campsite is not cleaned up upon notification, the campground will clean up your site and you will be charged a fee. Campers must be kept presentable. If there is an issue, owners will be notified and given appropriate time to rectify the situation. If no action is taken, the campground will take responsibility and bill the camper owners accordingly. Washing of campers is only allowed Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Speed Limit: 5 MPH Campfires: Must be made in fire rings provided on each site. Do not move fire rings. Please do not leave fires unattended. Put fires out when you are done. No glass, cans, rocks or garbage in fire rings. We will periodically clean fire pits. If your fire pit needs to be cleaned, please tell Debbie Roberts. Garbage: Only on weekends!! Please bag your garbage and place it at the entrance of you campsite. It will be picked up between 10:00 a.m. - noon each day and once in the evening. After 6:00 p.m. on Sunday and during the week, please throw your garbage bags in the dumpsters along the exit road. Please put all small pieces of litter in garbage cans placed throughout the campground. Smoking: Not permitted in any public buildings or in the pool area. Please extinguish cigarettes & cigars in receptacles placed outside of the buildings and throughout the campground. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Prohibited: - Consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the age of 21. - Profanity, including music & apparel. - Washing dishes, clothes or pets in the bathhouse. - Riding ATV's, dirt bikes or golf carts in the campground. - Chainsaws or axes. - Firearms, fireworks, bows & arrows, slingshots, air guns, B-B guns, paintball guns, water balloons and stone throwing. - Flags, unless approved by the campground management. - Setting car alarms. - Selling merchandise on campground property.

Responsibility: Parents/Guardians will be held responsible for any damages incurred, by their children/ guests/pets, to the campground facilities, plants & trees and recreational equipment or other guests/pets. WiFi: To use our WiFi service, there must be a signed copy of the Wireless Use Terms, Conditions and Notices on file in the office. The code will be given out at that time. Pool: 9:00 a.m. dusk - Everyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. - Everyone must have a buddy with them as all times. - No horseplay will be tolerated. - No glass containers/pets are allowed in the pool area. - Wearing swimsuit thongs is prohibited - Little ones must wear swimmies. (Sold separately in the Camp Store.) - No squirt guns, water blasters, etc. Car Passes: Must be displayed in vehicle when on campground property. Passes can be picked up at the Camp Store. Site Alterations: The campground must give permission for any exterior alterations to the camper or campsite. (Etc. decks, screen rooms, sheds, landscaping) All requests must be done in writing, with diagrams, if applicable. Any site improvement involving campground material/staff will be billed for time and material. With approval, work involving machinery or power tools must be done Monday Thursday from 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. or during the off-season. Stairs: Any camper owner that has replaced their camper stairs with an alternative set of stairs, 30 inches or higher, must install a railing that runs the length of the stairs. Violations: If rules are repetitively broken, the campground has the right to break the contract and you will be evicted.
