The Story PAST NEVER ORDINARY Over the years, Battersea Power Station has served London as both a provider of energy and source of inspiration - a stunning backdrop for the likes of Alexander McQueen, Christopher Nolan and Pink Floyd to create the unforgettable. The Power Station s relationship to the cultural world has established the four chimneys as an iconic feature of the London skyline, making it one of the most recognisable buildings in the world. Today, we are bringing the power back to Battersea. As part of one of the largest regeneration projects in Europe, the Power Station will take centre stage once again. 6 7

The Story PRESENT A DEFINING LANDMARK Work is well underway at Battersea Power Station and our first chapter, Circus West Village, is open and thriving. At the foot of the Power Station, Circus West Village is home to 865 brand new apartments, 25,000 sq ft of office space, an extraordinary mix of independent restaurants, bars, shops and spaces to relax and exercise. With its own MBNA Thames Clippers Pier, the buzzing riverside neighbourhood has already welcomed 1.3 million visitors and firmly established itself as one of London s most exciting places to dine, drink and live. Battersea Power Station, Bonfire Night (2017) 8 9

The Story FUTURE A NEW CHAPTER FOR LONDON Once complete, a whole new quarter for London, at the centre of Nine Elms, will have been created. The Power Station and its surroundings will be transformed into one of the world s greatest shopping, eating, working and leisure destinations - becoming a must-visit for a projected 40 million Londoners and tourists every year, with its own hotel and Zone 1 tube station. 10 Inside the Power Station itself, the two mammoth Turbine Halls, each the size of The Tate Modern, will be filled with an eclectic mix of 130 restaurants and shops, alongside a living and working population of 25,000 people. Needless to say, the demand is sky high, with Apple already claiming 500,000 sq ft of office space for their new London Campus. CGI of the Masterplan 40M Visits per year 4.75M International Tourists

The Story A TRUE CULTURAL ICON Pink Floyd - Animals (1977) Beyoncé (2011) Elton John (2014) Elton John (2014) Bear Grylls (2013) London Seafood Festival (2018) The lasting appeal of the building has cemented Battersea Power Station, not only as a London landmark, but as a cultural icon through the ages. Building on its fame and cultural importance, entertainment has been placed at the very centre of the Power Station s offering - with some of the building s most significant architectural features reimagined to create a suite of jaw-dropping event spaces and experiences. We are now looking for the partners to bring London s newest event space to life. We need an event and entertainment offering that continues Battersea Power Station s cultural legacy. But we can t do it alone. We are excited to share this opportunity with you. 12 The Dark Knight (2008) Holi Festival (2013) 13

The Power Station STEP INSIDE THE POWER The Power Station is no ordinary redevelopment. The Grade II* listed building will be brought to life with an imaginative blend of retail, food, leisure, office and residential spaces like no other. As visitors enter the Power Station they will be immersed in our retail offering featuring a carefully curated selection of some of the world s best brands. The first floor will be an eating and drinking destination featuring a 35,000 sq ft Food Hall, open fronted restaurants overlooking the stunning Turbine Halls, and four signature restaurants with breathtaking views. Departing from the same level, the extraordinary Chimney Lift experience will take visitors to the very top of the northwest chimney, providing incredible views of the capital. The Power Station s new home of entertainment is on the second floor. From the versatile 1,500 person capacity venue playing host to conferences and concerts alike, to the Art Deco splendour of Control Room A providing the setting for a fashion show, dinner or wedding - events and entertainment operators will have the opportunity to create something spectacular for London. With a beautiful, curved bay window, original tiling, exposed brick and views overlooking the river, The Lounge offers a glimpse into the building s past. At 1,300 sq ft, it s one of our smaller event spaces - perfect for intimate dinners and drinks, a meeting point at conferences or a private celebration. The 5,500 sq ft space offers a far more immersive setting able to hold up to 250 guests - a perfect backdrop for fashion shows, weddings, dinners and exhibitions. On its own this is an extraordinary experience - but we are looking for the operators and magicmakers that can take it to another level, creating a fully immersive story across the whole visitor journey and exploring the creation of special music and dining experiences at the top of this icon. A maximum of 40 visitors can enter the fully glazed Chimney Lift. This platform lift will then rise through the core of the Chimney up to the light at the top, 109m above ground, greeting visitors with incredible 360 views across London. The park will overlook a historic jetty. The entertainment offering at Battersea doesn t stop at the Power Station. There are a number of additional event spaces throughout the 42 acre site, and the offering will continually grow as we enter different phases of the regeneration project. CGI of Power Station Park SWITCH HOUSE HALL Switch House Hall offers 25,600 sq ft of flexible events space all on one floor. Situated on Level One, it has two grand entrances onto Turbine Hall A and enjoys natural light from large north and west facing windows. It s a blank canvas which is as well suited to large conferences, with the opportunity to create a number of break out spaces, as it is to hosting functions and exhibitions. VILLAGE HALL The 5,000 sq ft Village Hall, located in Circus West Village, is a purpose built event space that incorporates a studio, a mezzanine hospitality level and reception area. Housed in a large railway arch, the events space is suited to many types of events from parties and conferences to exhibitions and theatre productions. 54 Swing Night at The Village Hall (2017) CGI of Turbine Hall A - Entrance to Switch House Hall 55
