Location & Local Information Masseria Renata is just a 10-minute car journey from the white-washed city of Ostuni, priding itself for excellent restaurants, stylish bars, rustic trattorias and striking medieval buildings - including a magnificent central cathedral, you'll spend many a day ambling around its narrow streets. The old town sits on a hilltop looking out to sea and has much to delight visitors, including a Gothic cathedral built in the 15th century. Views out across the Adriatic and some pretty beaches nearby also draw people to the area. There is a lot of architecture to admire in Ostuni. Landmarks like the Palazzo Municipale and the Column of Sant Oronzo are notable, yet it s not all about the past. These days, you re just as likely to visit the city for its excellent restaurants where you can get a genuine taste of what Puglian cuisine is all about.
