The quiet apartment with WIFI and a stunning view of Tigullio gulf is located in a protected area just 5 minutes walk from the beaches and 15 minutes from the center of Santa Margherita, with its shops and restaurants. The pool is shared with the guests of the other two apartments of the villa. DEPOSIT: upon arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of 200 that will be returned on the day of departure after inventory verification and after any deduction of possible damage caused to the dwelling.
THE AREA Santa Margherita, famous and stylish resort, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation on which you will find villas and gardens with views of the Dolphin Coast.
