Making Group Reservations Q. Is my credit card being charged? A. At the time of booking your credit card will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $25 per room. The final payment will be charged to the card on file on Thursday, September 17th 2015. If you would like to change the credit card information for final payment, please call Anthony Travel at (800)-736-6377 a few days before final payment is due. Q. When is the last date I can cancel my room without penalty? A. A per room cancellation fee of $25 per room applies to cancellations between time of booking and Thursday, September 17th 2015. Room cancellations on or after Thursday, September 17th 2015, are fully nonrefundable. Q. Can I write a check? A. Guests are welcome to write checks for their reservation. The check can be mailed to Anthony Travel, c/o IWLCA 2015, 7920 Belt Line Road, Suite 1010, Dallas, Texas 75254. The reservation will not be made until the check is received by Anthony Travel. The check payment will be processed through the bank prior to the arrival date of the guest s stay. Q. What if my travel dates differ from the majority of my team? A. Anthony Travel is happy to accommodate different travel dates for different guests and will do its best to honor the negotiated event rate. Guests may extend or shorten their stay depending on availability and hotel policies. If a hotel requires a minimum-night stay, it will be stated in the payment policy section online and in your email reservation confirmation from Anthony Travel. Please call Anthony Travel at (800)-736-6377 to request alternate travel dates. Q. Will the team be blocked together? A. Anthony Travel will ensure that the hotel makes every effort to block teams together according to the team name provided, however this is not guaranteed. Q. Can we check out early? A. Since the rooms are fully paid for at the time of your arrival, you will not be able to check out early and receive a refund.
Q. Can I have a rollaway bed in my room? A. Anthony Travel is happy to request this from the hotel. Please call Anthony Travel at 800-736-6377 to request a rollaway bed. Rollaway beds are not guaranteed and are based on availability. There is often a daily fee for the use of a rollaway bed, which can be found on our amenities grid at AnthonyTravel. com. Q. Can we get adjoining rooms? A. We can request adjoining rooms from the hotel, but they are not guaranteed. This will depend on availability and the layout of the hotel. Please call Anthony Travel at 800-736-6377 to request adjoining rooms. Q. Can I have a different room type (i.e. king or suite)? A. Anthony Travel can request a different room type depending on availability and layout of the hotel. Rates may differ based on room type. Please call Anthony Travel at 800-736-6377 to make the request. Q. Is there direct transportation from my resort to the competition venue? A. While some Disney resorts advertise direct transportation from their resort to Disney s Wide World of Sports Complex, we strongly recommend that teams and families rent vehicles for the event. The hotels that do offer shuttles are limited in the amount of people that can board and the times that they are available. For teams that have to make specific game times, we recommend renting a vehicle for transportation. Q. Are meal plans available? A. Meal plans are not available for purchase; however, dining cards can be purchased at any Disney resort gift shop. Q. What is the address for the Disney s Wide World of Sports Complex? A. Disney s Magical Express Q. Can I set up my My Disney Experience before I arrive? A. Disney is still in the development stage of the My Magic Bands and the My Disney Experience. The system is not yet equipped for any kind of group reservations. You will be able to set up the My Disney Experience once you check in to the hotel. Q. How early am I able to set up Fast Passes for my Disney Theme Park Tickets? A. Anthony Travel guests, who purchase specially priced Theme Park Tickets, will be able to log in to the website/app and start their My Disney Experience as early as 30 days from the start of the event without having to enter a Disney room reservation number. The deadline to purchase Theme Park Tickets and receive those 30 days prior to the start of the event is Thursday, October 8th 2015. Q. What is the deadline to purchase discounted Disney Theme Park Tickets through Anthony Travel? A. The final deadline to order your specially priced Theme Park Tickets and have them shipped to your home is Friday, October 30th, 2015. Q. Can I purchase admission to the Disney s Wide World of Sports Complex from Anthony Travel? A. Tournament tickets are not sold separately. Any additional length of event tickets can only be purchased at the Disney s Wide World of Sports Complex ticket office which is located at the entrance of the Complex. Q. I did not purchase my Theme Park Ticket through Anthony Travel; am I able to add more days onto it with you? A. Unfortunately, Anthony Travel is unable to add additional days onto a Theme Park Ticket that was not purchased through Anthony Travel. The Theme Park tickets provided through Anthony Travel are discounted because they are designed specifically for the event guests are attending, and thus, Anthony Travel is unable to alter a pre-existing Disney ticket. Q. What happens if I lose my Theme Park Tickets or forget about them? A. If Theme Park Tickets are lost or forgotten at home, Anthony Travel can sell the guest an identical Theme Park Ticket at the original price. If guests are
able to locate the tickets after the event s conclusion, then guests must mail the original ticket purchased to Anthony Travel in order to receive a refund. When the ticket is received by Anthony Travel, guests will then be refunded appropriately. Per the policies provided at the initial purchase of the Theme Park Ticket, any lost Theme Park Ticket is non-refundable. Disney s Magical Express Q. What is Disney s Magical Express? A. DME is a complimentary shuttle service provided by Disney that will transport guests staying at any WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort to and from their hotel and the airport. The service includes luggage pickup at baggage claim and luggage delivery to the guests room. Guests who sign up for DME with Anthony Travel must have a hotel reservation through Anthony Travel as well. Q. How do we sign up for Disney s Magical Express? A. Guests are not automatically signed up for DME upon making a reservation at a Disney resort. After a reservation at a Disney resort has been made, guests may sign up for DME by visiting Once the information is given to Anthony Travel, a representative will then send the information to Disney. An informational packet will be sent from Disney to each respective guest. The informational packet will include luggage tags that should be placed on the guest s luggage that needs to be picked up at the Orlando airport. Q. What information do I need when registering for Disney s Magical Express? A. When registering for DME, please have available the flight information including the airline carrier(s), flight numbers, dates of arrival and departure flights as well as the name of the Walt Disney World Resort for guests. Each traveler will require a separate DME reservation. Q. What do I do if I do not receive my Disney s Magical Express (DME ) luggage tags? A. If guests have already made reservations for DME, and do not receive their luggage tags, they are still eligible to use the service. Upon arrival at Baggage Claim, guests may give the airline baggage receipt to the DME representative on site in the baggage claim area. The DME representative will then pick up the guest s luggage and transport it to the appropriate resort. Guests are also welcome to claim their own luggage and take it onto the DME shuttle
Q. What do I do if my flights have changed and I have already signed up for Disney s Magical Express? A.
