Our well-equipped 2 592 m2 Westhalle that can be divided into separate areas is a great venue for a wide range of events and the perfect setting for a successful occasion. Directions Easily accessible by car and public transport. By car: exit the A1 at the junction signposted Niederbipp and head towards Langenthal. Take the first exit at the roundabout towards Bützberg, Herzogenbuchsee and follow signs for Parkhotel. By train: from the station the hotel can be reached by foot in 20 minutes, by bus no. 51 towards Herzogenbuchsee (alight at Dreilinden situated approximately 3 minutes from the hotel) or by taxi.

Terms and conditions 1. Hired property 1.1. Scope The hirer shall have use of the entire hall or the contractually agreed part of the Westhalle 1.2. Restaurant/bar in the hall and on the premises of Parkhotel All food and drink must be purchased from the hotel. In special cases, a separate agreement may be made in writing subject to service fees or corkage. The owner shall run and keep open the restaurants and bars in Parkhotel Langenthal at his/her expense. 1.3. Return The hired object must be returned in the same state in which it was hired. A final inspection will be carried out by the management of Parkhotel Langenthal. 1.4. Damage The hirer agrees to take due care to avoid damage to the hall, the hotel lobby, the toilet facilities at Parkhotel Langenthal, connecting corridors, equipment and flooring. The hirer shall take the necessary measures in consultation with the owner. The hirer shall be fully liable for any damage caused. The hirer specifically undertakes to treat the hired object with the utmost care. The hall has real oak flooring throughout. Any damage that exceeds normal wear and tear shall be charged to the hirer. For safety reasons, we recommend the installation of floor protection; glue residue must be professionally removed. 1.5. Cleaning The hall, floor covering, car park and the surrounding area shall be cleaned by the hirer. Cleaning of the surrounding area and the car park must be completed by 14:00 hours on the day after the event.

Any necessary subsequent cleaning by the owner shall be charged to the hirer at a rate of CHF 65.00 per hour. If the hall floor is very dirty contrary to expectations, the owner reserves the right to charge the hirer a proportion of the cost for cleaning the hall up to a total of CHF 500.00. 1.6. Hall advertising The hirer shall be entitled to cover any existing hall advertising at his/her expense. The hirer shall also be entitled to work together with his/her own advertising partners for the duration of the event. 1.7. Furnishings The hall shall be let without furniture. The hirer shall be responsible for furniture and equipment (tables, chairs, stage, lighting, sound system, etc.). 2.0. Westhalle dimensions Length: Width: Area: 73,30 m 37,60 m 2'756 m2 3.0. The hirer shall be responsible for the following 3.1. Infrastructure, incl. stands, furniture, decoration 3.2. Sound and music system 3.3. Waste disposal at exhibition stands The hirer shall arrange for suitable waste containers and be responsible for their proper emptying. The hirer shall also be responsible for the disposal of waste. If requested, the hotel will carry out waste disposal (excl. bulky items) and invoice the hirer at cost and according to the number of waste containers (CHF 32.00 per container).

3.4. Permits/insurance The hirer shall obtain the necessary permits and take out appropriate insurance (including third party liability insurance and property insurance, etc.). If requested, Parkhotel Langenthal will obtain an individual catering permit directly. Permit fees and an administration fee of CHF 80.00 will be added to the total invoice. 4.0. Terms/cancellations A deposit of 50% of the hire fee for the hall shall be due on conclusion of the contract. The remaining 50% shall be due 30 days before the date of the event. Any other payments and services shall be invoiced after the event. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellations are subject to the following fees: 60 to 30 days before the event 25% of the confirmed services 29 to 15 days before the event 50% of the confirmed services 14 to 1 days before the event 75% of the confirmed services In addition, the general terms and conditions shall apply.
