Dispatch informed me that MODOT called in the vehicle which was causing a hazard where it was left. The driver of the vehicle was not on scene. Upon my arrival at approximately 0425 hours I observed a black in color pickup in a plowed field on the south side of 307th street. The vehicle was reported stolen from Pleasant Hill on 12-03-2018. The vehicle failed to yield and a short pursuit ensued. The driver was arrested for resisting arrest, the passengers were arrested for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and minor in possession of alcohol. I served Cass County warrant 18-CAFTA-2075 for Non-Suport Total Arrears In Excess of 12 Months. 12/09/18 12:48 40209 239TH ST, EAST LYNNE On 12/09/2018 at approximately 1252 hours, I was dispatched to 40209 E. 239th Street in regards to trespassing. Upon arrival, I made contact with Scott D. Peterson W/M who reported three subjects trespassing on his neighbor's property.

A report was taken. 12/09/18 20:04 31320 STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On Sunday 12-09-2018 at approximately 2022 hours, I was dispatched to 31320 South State Highway 7 in Rural Cass County in reference to a subject armed with knives. My investigation revealed that no crime was committed. One female subject was transported by EMS for evaluation. 12/09/18 20:59 21314 EAST CREEK LN, CLEVELAND On December 9. 2018, at approximately 2102 hours, I was dispatched to 21314 South East Creek Lane, Cleveland for harassment. I made contact with Matthew T. Selecman and he reported he received messages on Facebook Messanger that were threatening in nature. A suspect has been identified. 12/09/18 21:16 40101 239TH ST, EAST LYNNE On Sunday December 09, 2018 at approximately 2120 hours, I responded to 40209 E 239th street. In reference to a structure fire of an abandoned residence. The victim Rita Crocker currently does not live at the residence. The residence was a total loss. No cause of the fire has been determined at this time. 12/09/18 23:05 300 MONROE ST, EAST LYNNE On Sunday 12-09-2018, at approximately 2314 hours I was dispatched to 300 North Monroe Street, East Lynne Missouri, in reference to a check for welfare and an abandoned vehicle. My investigation revealed that the vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident investigated by Harrisonville Police Department.
