Airport: Delegations may arrive early and depart depending on their flight dates. There are two airport alternatives: The "SIMON BOLIVAR" International Airport in Maiquetia (Caracas), is 200 km far from Valencia and the "ARTURO MICHELENA" International Airport (Valencia) is about 20 minutes far from the field. Transportation: The Organizing Committee will be able to take care of local transportation from and to the ARTURO MICHELENA International Airport in Valencia, as from hotel to the field and back, free of charges. If any association wants transportation from and to "SIMON BOLIVAR" International Airport Organizing Committee will be able to take care of it, with a fee of U.S.A. $ 60,00 per person, only with the complete delegation. Extra transportation will be arranged at usa $100,00 150,00 each way. Awards: The Organizing Committee will awards to each distance and the FITA 1440 with Medals and the Olympic Round as Individual and Teams with Trophy in both Recurve and Compound Bow (Male and Female).
To develop Individual Olympic Round they have to be in competence at least five (05) athletes from three (03) different countries. Visa: Please apply for your visa as soon as possible, if you need any information regarding visa, please let us know. Acreditación: We asked for your collaboration to send us by e-mail the photos properly identified of each one of the members of its delegation, to us initiate the process of accreditations. Remark: The participant delegations will have to carry the respective endorsement of their Olympic Committee or National Federation. The Tournament will be regulated by the FITA Rules, and arising matters not consider at it, it will be solve by the Organizing Committee and the Judge Commission.
