The fee covers pick up from the airport or bus station/terminal upon arrival in Uganda, orientation at the UPA offices, local transport to and from the campsite, food and accommodation during the workcamp. The fee also contributes to the running of activities taking place during the workcamp and communication prior and other administrative costs to ensure that the workcamp is successfully done. Please note The fee does not cover airport drop off after the project. Volunteers that intend to have the drop off service consult UPA to identify the service provider. It will cost the volunteer an extra 25-28 Euros for this service. To allow the best preparations, participants are advised to arrive a day before the commencement of the workcamp applied for.
