Saturday January 21, 2012 day five -Culture - morning cultural levent 1: Rio s top attractions bus/train/walk / Here we will go by cog train (Brazil s first electric train) for a journey through the dense Atlantic Rain Forest of Tijuca, to one of the new elected beauties of the modern world: the Christ Statue on Corcovado mountain. Beneath the almost 40 metre tall statue of Christ you will have the whole of Rio at your feet. Clear sight allows (especially in the morning) a spectacular view of the town s southern districts of Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana and of Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas close to the Botanical Garden.
