The Group o o Independent company listed on the Amsterdam and Brussels stock exchanges, founded in 1930, first Real Estate Investment Trust in Europe, originally handling residential property. Since 2012, the Company has undergone a radical transformation. Wereldhave has evolved from being a real-estate investor in seven countries across five different real-estate sectors, to being a specialized investor in medium-sized shopping centres, in four continental European countries (96.5% of its portfolio): Acquisition of 6 Unibail centres in France (2014) and 9 Klépierre centres in the Netherlands (2015). 34 centres: 6 in France / 19 in the Netherlands / 8 in Belgium / 1 in Finland. 96.5% of its portfolio is composed of shopping centres.
