I made contact with the victim Blundell, Jimmy. Mr. Blundell told me that he started his vehicle to warm up and went back into his residents. Mr. Blundell told me he came out of his house approximately ten minutes later and his vehicle was gone. No suspect has been identified.

Sydney Lesch was revealed to have two traffic warrants from the Belton Police Department. I then turned around to attmept to make a vehicle stop. The vehicle fled from me and was eventually stopped after a pursuit.
