PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Villa Corte by KlabHouse is an independent villa equipped with WIFI, located inside the property Medusa of 2 hectares of park with a big shared pool, garden, gym, and sauna. Villa Corte offers a private fenced garden, access and parking autonomous from the rest of property to ensure guests maximum privacy. It has also a cool interior patio with big table for alfresco dining. The property is located 1 km from the center of Camaiore and its restaurants and shops, 8 km from the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi and 27 km from the international airport of Pisa. Villa Corte of 140 square meters can host up to 5 guests plus child and is composed of: Living room with sofa in front of fireplace and TV area 1 Master Bedroom 1 Twin Bedroom 1 Single Bedroom 2 Bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower) Fully equipped eat-in Kitchen Interior patio The guests can enjoy these common areas of property: the garden, the gym, the sauna and the large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. Season 2019: the pool is open from April 19 to October 6 At guests' disposal there is a laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer. Within the property there is a guardian responsible of security and of the welcome of the guests.
