Please note that copies of the papers will not be provided to participants at the conference. Speakers are advised to also bring their presentations on a USB stick in case any technical difficulties arise. A laptop computer, beamer, overhead projector and flipchart will be available in the conference room. PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader 6 will be installed. Wireless Internet will also be available in the conference room. Hotel Accommodation There are two conference hotels. Reimbursement of travel expenses Participants under contract with AMID should claim their travel expenses from Budgets E and D. Participants funded by CEPR will be provided with a copy of the CEPR expense claim form after the conference. Taxies from the airport to hotel venue could cost up to 100, please be aware taxi cost will not be covered by expenses. From airports/stations to the conference venue: From Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport: take RER (rapid transit system) B southbound to Cité Universitaire (via Paris). Journey time is 60 min. From Orly airport : Orlybus bound to Paris, stop at Tombe Issoire (the first stop in Paris). Journey time is 45 min. From Gare du Nord: take RER B southbound to Cité Universitaire (fastest) or line 4 to Porte d Orléans (slower). Journey time 30 min.
