The Auxiliary Board of Lincoln Park Zoo Founded in 1985, the Board provides supportive funds and services to The Lincoln Park Zoological Society and aids the Society in its efforts to improve Lincoln Park Zoo. Lincoln Park Zoo is in the midst of some very exciting changes. In the coming years, guests will witness several renovations, beginning with the construction of the new Regenstein Macaque Forest. Funds raised by the Board will be designated to support these developments. The Auxiliary Board has evolved into one of Chicago s most popular young professional boards in Chicago and is: Comprised of 100 up-and-coming young professionals Most members are ages 25-40 Members reside in downtown neighborhoods and suburbs Highlighted in Town and Country Magazine: Young society is currently lured by boards...at the top, Lincoln Park Zoo s Auxiliary Board.
Auxiliary Board Events The Auxiliary Board of Lincoln Park Zoo provides the perfect conduit for global adrenaline to reach young professionals in the coveted 25 45 year-old demographic through the support of key events. The Board s fundraising events extend throughout the year, including: Zoo-ologie, the Auxiliary Board s signature event - an upscale cocktail party held on zoo grounds for 1,000 of Chicago s young and fabulous. May 9, 2015 Spooky Zoo Spectacular, a Halloween event designed to give more than 30,000 Chicago kids a free, safe alternative for trick-or-treating. October 2015

Zoo-ologie Demographic The Board s largest fundraising event, Zoo-ologie, captures the zoo s natural beauty and exotic spirit by taking 1,000 guests on an upscale, urban-safari themed evening of food, libations and dancing! It s no secret that guests of Zoo-ologie enjoy an active lifestyle, including fine dining, entertainment and shopping but they also represent a strong potential for introducing new customers to your company.
