It s gonna be a great June! The weather is finally going to cooperate with us to get some riding in. Thanks to all of you who attended the Omletfest at ur house! It was a great success, rain and all! The food was wonderful and those Carmel Rolls were to die for! As I am putting this newletter together for you, I am sitting at the campground in Three Forks just trying to unwind after 2 ½ weeks of going nonstop, getting ready for the omeletefest, packing for our maiden voyge in Dep s Den on wheels to The Hoot in the Ute in Midway Ut then on to Three forks for the MT Rendovous. In between events we camped with my sister Joyce and her husband in East Canyon RV resort, Utah and Walmart in Idaho Falls with the Jennisons. Dale and Donna also introduced us to Camping world! Mike & I as well as the Bonnetts, Frodsams, and the Jennison s attended the Hoot in the Ute and it was a blast! We really represented MT-B in the games as the Jennisons took first place in the trike bean bag toss and Mike & I took 2 nd place. Mike took 2 nd in the pool tournament. Severeal of us formed a bowling team and played Morotcycle helmut bowling, we didn t place but we did throw the helmuts hard enough for bits and pieces to go flying! It was really great to finally meet Anita Alkire and the Harris s after hearing so much about them. We also got to meet the international couple of the year! Our Chapter was represented by 8 fun loving people and boy did we have fun! There were chapter s represented from as far as New Hamshire to Canada, California, Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico. Our Chapter was really represented at the Mt Rendouvous. We ate, rode and ate some more, then sat around the campfire while Brad, Gary, Dawn and another gentleman played banjos, guiters, and a mandolin while we all sang songs. To top it all off, we ate some more because Brad and Dawn made Chocolate Cherry Cake and Apple cake in the cast Iron pots and served it pippin hot with vanilla ice cream!
