This is reflected in the dress code, which is sporty or business casual (no tie). Remember to bring rubber-soled snow boots and appropriate winter clothing, as streets can be slippery and temperatures in Davos can drop to well below freezing. 2. Upon Arrival 2.1 Transfer from Airport In line with the Towards a Greener Davos initiative, the World Economic Forum has organized transportation by train from Zurich airport to Davos-Klosters, and from Davos-Klosters to Zurich airport at the end of the Meeting. Complimentary train tickets have been arranged for registered participants, which will be ready for collection at the ticket counter of Zurich airport railway station. Your Complimentary Train Ticket As soon as your registration is complete, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. You should print this letter and keep it in your hand luggage in order to exchange it for the train tickets (return tickets: Zurich Davos/Klosters Zurich) on arrival at Zurich airport railway station ticket counter. It is easy to access the railway station, a five-minute walk from the baggage claim area. After going through Customs, SBB Swiss Railway signage is clearly visible: Follow this sign to an SBB Swiss Railway counter where you can collect your return train ticket on presentation of your confirmation letter. Your Transfer by Train It takes about 2 hours 40 minutes to Davos-Klosters by train, with changes in Zurich HB (main station) and Landquart railway stations. There are departures every hour from Zurich airport between 07.00 and 21.15 (see the schedule below). The SBB Swiss Railway staff at the Zurich airport information desk will be happy to assist with any query related to train transfers. On arrival in Davos-Klosters, you should take a taxi from the railway station to your hotel.
