BINDING CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 1) Těžební Unie s.r.o. is the Organizer of the trade fair event, hereinafter Exhibition Organizer. 2) The Contractual relationship between Exhibitors and the Exhibition Organizer arises by the Exhibition Organizer s confirming a Binding Application Form. Unless documentation states otherwise, Exhibitors may order further services from the Exhibition Organizer at its website www.expolesnilom.cz. Any contractual relationships between the Exhibition Organizer and Exhibitors are governed by Act No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code, as amended. A necessary condition for confirming an order for services is a confirmation of an application for participation by the Exhibition Organizer. Exhibitors pledge to meet all obligations arising due to their own participation, participation of their co-exhibitors and authorized entities in terms of the exhibition organization, construction of stands or transport of exhibits. 3) The Exhibition Organizer is entitled to make decisions concerning the exhibition layout within the exhibition grounds and if required by any necessary spatial or technical reasons, the exhibitions area requested can be reasonably decreased or increased; the Exhibition Organizer can also decide that an exhibition should be potentially relocated. The rental fee shall be decreased or increased correspondingly in accordance with the changes made to the exhibition area. Exhibitors shall be informed about this fact in advance and pledge to accept the size and type of the exhibition area confirmed by the Exhibition Organizer. The Exhibition Organizer shall respect the requirements made by the Exhibitors in terms of the exhibition location, unless technical considerations dictate otherwise. 4) The exhibition area allocated shall be confirmed by the Exhibition Organizer after a portion of the rental fee amounting to 50 % of the price and the entire registration fee have been paid. 5) Should a delay of payment of the remaining 50 % of the rental fee and the price of the services or other performances ordered occur exceeding the deadline indicated in the invoice, the Exhibition Organizer is entitled to require a payment of a contractual fine amounting to 0.2 % of the money owed for each day of the delay started. This is without prejudice to the right of damages. 6) The size of the exhibition area for which a rental fee is to be paid is indicated in the Binding Application for Participation. Square meterage shall always be rounded up to the nearest whole number. 7) Should Exhibitors cancel their participation they shall not receive a reimbursement of their registration fees paid. Should Exhibitors cancel their participation after the deadline indicated in the General Information, the portion of the rental fee paid shall not be reimbursed. 8) Exhibitors are not entitled to allow third parties to use the exhibition area without consent by the Exhibition Organizer. 9) The exhibition area shall be presented to Exhibitors or entities authorized by them only after the payments to be made to the Exhibition Organizer have been confirmed in keeping with Par. 4 of these conditions. 10) Exhibition Area shall mean the total area used for exhibits, their safe presentation, stands and, potentially, extra material for any machinery and equipment presentation. 11) The Exhibition Organizer is the official partner for the exhibition construction. If the construction work is entrusted to another entity, Exhibitors bear responsibility for meeting all the deadlines designated in accordance with the prescribed timetable indicated in the General Information or in line with more detailed time schedule provided by the Exhibition Organizer. 12) Exhibitors are obligated to heed all safety measures connected to the construction and operation of stands, bringing exhibits, assembly and disassembly and removal thereof, exhibit presentation and movement of persons and machinery in the area designated to them. During presentation of their machinery and equipment Exhibitors must provide for their safe operation and make sure they do not exit the grounds designated to them or be left protruding to other area than that designated to them or otherwise endanger persons and equipment. Machinery may be operated only within an area designated to it. Because the quarry will still be in operation at the time of the exhibition, Exhibitors must heed all regulations concerning this operation and not enter areas other than those designated to the trade fair. Exhibitors are also obligated to heed instructions by persons responsible for the safe operation of the event. During the operation of the exhibition as well as during the construction and disassembly of stands, Exhibitors must make sure the fire protection equipment is always accessible. 13) During practical demonstration of exhibits Exhibitors must act according to basic safety regulations and also make sure they do not become a nuisance for their surrounding environs by generating excessive noise, vibration or dust. They must also respect any time designated for demonstration of their technology, if such time has been designated. In case of gross breach of these regulations, the Exhibition Organizer is entitled to limit or prohibit demonstration of the machinery in question during of its operation. 14) Exhibitors are entitled to promote their products only within the context of their own presentations. Acoustic advertising as well as placement of advertisement boards outside the area designated is subject to an approval by the Exhibition Organizer. 15) Exhibitors and their co-exhibitors are entitled to be advertised, free of charge, in the exhibition catalogue, concretely in the list of exhibitors. Other types of advertising are carried out for a fee. 16) The Exhibition Organizer does not bear responsibility either towards Exhibitors or their co-exhibitors for any loss, destruction or any damage incurred to an exhibit, stand equipment or facilities, goods, packaging and packaging material, regardless whether such a destruction or damage incurred before, during or after the trade fair or another event organized by the Exhibition Organizer. Exhibitors shall conclude an insurance policy covering such incidents. The Exhibition Organizer shall provide solely for basic security ground service for the period of time indicated in the timetable. It, however, does not bear any responsibility for any potential damages incurred to Exhibitors in keeping with the first sentence of this paragraph. 17) Exhibitors bear responsibility for all the equipment provided by the Exhibition Organizer and are obligated to return it undamaged upon the event s termination. Any damage to the exhibition area and equipment provided by the Exhibition Organizer must be eliminated by Exhibitors, either by restoring the original state of affairs or by paying for costs connected with such a restoration. 18) Exhibitors must not close the stand and their exhibition or remove exhibits before the trade fair is over. 19) Should the Exhibition Organizer fail to open the exhibition and any of the related events or fail to provide for the event to take place for the entire time scheduled or for an operation take place within a portion of the exhibition grounds due to circumstances beyond its control ( vis major ), it shall notify Exhibitors thereof without undue delay. All obligations incurred to the Exhibition Organizer due to Contracts for Participation concluded shall be forfeit. In such a case, Exhibitors are not entitled to any damages incurred to them. Should such a failure to perform occur on the part of the Exhibition Organizer after 1 April 2018, including this date, Exhibitors are not entitled to claim reimbursement of any performances paid for. 20) Exhibitors may place a claim for work and services provided by the Exhibition Organizer to a designated employee immediately and without any undue delay.

EXTRA CHARGES If an application form is sent after 1 March 2018 + 10 % of the price of the area ordered If an order for stands and equipment is sent after 1 April 2018 + 10 % of the price of the performance ordered If an order for stands and equipment is sent after 17 May 2018 + 25 % of the price of the performance ordered If additional furniture and equipment is ordered during the construction of the stand (14 June 17 June 2018) + 50 % of the price of the performance ordered CANCELLATION FEES If Exhibitors cancel their participation at the trade fair, the following amounts will be reimbursed proportionately to the date of cancellation (Exhibitors are not entitled to a reimbursement of registration fees): cancellation by 1 April 2018 100 % of the amount paid cancellation by 1 May 2018 0 % of the amount paid Should Exhibitors cancel their participation at the trade fair on 15 May 2018 or later, the Exhibition Organizer shall not reimburse any of the amounts paid and it is furthermore entitled to request the Exhibitors to pay the remaining portion of the rental fee for the exhibition area ordered as well as payments for any other performances ordered. REGISTRATION FEE (Shall be paid individually by both Exhibitors and co-exhibitors) CZK 5 000 PRICES ARE LISTED EXCLUDING VAT. - 2 -

GENERAL INFORMATION PAYMENT BREAKDOWN AREA AND REGISTRATION FEE The registration fee together with 50 % of the rental fee for the exhibition area ordered shall be paid by any Exhibitor simultaneously with submitting a Binding Application for Participation. The total amount of the rental fee for the exhibition area shall be paid by Exhibitors using a tax document an invoice sent to them within 15 days from the day of the trade fair termination. The due date on the invoice shall be 15 days from the day the invoice is issued. STANDS, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES ORDERED The total price for any stand ordered as well as for equipment and services shall be paid by Exhibitors based upon a tax document an invoice issued in keeping with the paragraph above. APPLICATION REGISTRATION The Exhibition Organizer shall carry out registration on an on-going basis based upon the Binding Applications for Participation delivered to it together with receipts confirming payments of the rental fee deposit and the registration fee. Without these receipts the Binding Application for Participation will not be registered. DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT TERMS Construction and stands take over Stands will be constructed between 14 June 17 June 2018 Approval/taking charge of stands by Exhibitors. 18 June 2018 Stands will be present to Exhibitors for approval/taking charge on 21 June 2018 (starting at 5:30 PM) Carrying in and removing of exhibits Exhibits may be carried in between 13 June 17 June 2018 Exhibits may be removed from 21 June (starting at 5:30 PM) 27 June 2018 Other deadlines are acceptable only after an agreement by the Exhibition Organizer Should Exhibitors require a particular location for their stand or what other entities they wish/do not wish to be in their proximity, they shall indicate that in the application form. The Exhibition Organizer will try to accommodate these requests. The final layout of Exhibitors within the exhibition grounds shall be decided by the Exhibition Organizer. - 3 -

SAFETY GUIDLINES For your own safety it is necessary for you to observe the following safety regulations at the EXPO Lesní lom 2018 trade fair: You must wear a safety helmet on the trade fair grounds. Remain in the designated areas. Do not enter areas marked by red tape. Use extra care when walking outside maintained areas. You are in a quarry. Stay away from both the top and bottom edges of quarry walls. Do not step on or touch the caballing. Exhibits to be presented during their operation may be operated only by persons authorized to do so. Persons operating exhibits during their operation must not be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. Make sure visitors do not get hurt during the presentation of your exhibits. Should a visitor get hurt at your exhibition, call the Exhibition Organizer, which shall provide for any medical treatment necessary. Prepare a short report on the injury and provide the Exhibition Organizer with a copy. Should you yourself get injured, call the Exhibition Organizer. You will be provided prompt medical treatment. Follow instructions by the Exhibition Organizer s employees. OPERATIONAL CODE Exhibitors may access the exhibition grounds every day from 8 AM to 6 PM. Then the Exhibitors must leave the grounds. If Exhibitors stay longer on the exhibition grounds due to serious reasons (e.g., repair of their machines), they are obligated to notify the Exhibition Organizer thereof, either in person at the Těžební Unie INFOCENTER or by telephone. Upon entering the exhibition grounds, Exhibitors shall present their badges. Upon their exit from the exhibition grounds they are obligated, for safety reasons, to leave a marked key at the Těžební Unie INFOCENTER (this concerns primarily Exhibitors with their own stands). Driving personal cars on the exhibition grounds is limited. Car speed must not exceed 10 km/h. Parking is allowed only at spaces designated for Exhibitors. From 9 AM till 5 PM (visitor opening hours) no personal cars are allowed to be driven on the exhibition grounds. With regard to the fact the trade fair is taking place in a quarry and some exhibits will be in operation, certain precautions must be taken. Exhibitors must observe safety regulations. It primarily involves the use of safety helmets and making sure visitors do not get hurt. Exhibitors are obligated to notify the Exhibition Organizer of fire hazard defects which they cannot eliminate by their own power and means. Objects and equipment whose character presents a fire hazard to persons and property must not be used. Should Exhibitors wish to use an open fire in their exhibition (e.g., BBQ), they are obligated to notify the Exhibition Organizer thereof and, potentially, have their area increased. Electrical connection of all stands and exhibits must be checked by an authorized technician. Exhibitors are obligated to allow an inspection of electrical connections of stands which have not been ordered via the Exhibition Organizer. - 4 -
