1. General information 1.1. EAGE The European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) is a global professional, non profit association for geoscientists and engineers with 16.000 members worldwide. The objective is to collect and distribute technical knowledge. It provides a global network of commercial and academic professionals to all members. The association is truly multi disciplinary and international in form and pursuits. All members of EAGE are professionally involved in (or studying) geophysics, petroleum exploration, geology, reservoir engineering, mining and mineral exploration, civil engineering, tunnelling and environmental matters. EAGE's head office is located in the Netherlands with regional offices in Moscow, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. EAGE organizes following activities: 1. Conferences & Exhibitions; 2. Workshops & Symposia; 3. Educational Programmes; 4. Student and Young Professionals Activities 5. Publications (monthly magazine, scientific journals and an extensive bookshop). 1.1 The event About Saint Petersburg Saint Petersburg is a modern metropolis in the classic style of Peter the Great, the famous Russian czar who started the modernization of Russia about 300 years ago. The city offers plenty of hotels, a beautiful and cheap metro system and a modern airport with good connection to the city center. Saint Petersburg is less than 3 hours flying from most European capitals. With its large geoscience community, nice facilities and beautiful architecture, Saint Petersburg has become a recognized city to hold large scale international events. About the event The 6 th Saint Petersburg International Conference & Exhibition is an initiative by European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) with the support of Association of Geological Organizations and Russian Geological Society. It is the largest geoscience event in Russian Federation. The conference is organized biannually in St. Petersburg, Russia. In 20, around 800 visitors (Russian and foreign) attended the event and over 40 manufacturers and service companies joined in the exhibition. The venue is situated on the beautiful Moskovsky Avenue with easy access to downtown Saint Petersburg. The hotel s proximity to both the heart of the city

and the city airport is ideal for business and leisure guests. A stroll from the hotel takes guests past beautiful historical facades, 1th century architectural monuments, cozy parks, shopping centres, restaurants and cinemas. The conference will be accommodated in one of the largest state of the art congress halls and conference rooms with free wireless high speed internet access and high quality conference facilities. The over 500 m2 exhibition will be located in the congress centre halls and the Atrium. 2. Exhibition 7 10 April 2014, approximately 40 exhibitors will occupy around 500 square metres of net exhibition space. The registration vouchers can be used for free registration of one full delegate (two vouchers) or free registration to the Exhibition only (1 voucher). Free exposure in event publications; your company name, address, profile (profile will be placed on the event website and USB) and 10 topics from the commodity index listed on: the Saint Petersburg 2014 website, the extended Abstracts USB and in the Programme & Catalogue. Discounted hotel rates: benefit from the negotiated rates for hotel rooms. 2.3 Stand possibilities EAGE offers a wide variety of options to participate in the exhibition. 2.3.1 Space Only The space only option offers you a unique chance to create and build your own stand. Please note when booking this service, no booth package, electricity or cleaning is included. All services can be booked separately; this information will be provided in the online exhibition manual (available from November 2013). Space only is available with a minimum of m². The following fees apply to space only: Early (Before 1 October 2013) Late (On or after 1 October 2013) Space only 255.00 25.00 Rental rates are in Euros ( ) per m² and exclude VAT. 2.3.2 Booth Package If you do not wish to build your own stand, the booth package is an excellent choice as EAGE will then take care of the basic needs, such as wall panels, electricity and carpeting. Booth packages are available from m². The booth package includes: White wall panels (height 250 cm) with aluminum frame Main connection, including a socket outlet Normal electricity consumption One 0 W spotlight per 3 m² A fascia with name board on all open sides of the booth Carpet Booth cleaning, incl. emptying of garbage bins. Please note that furniture is not included in the booth package and can be ordered separately. All information will be provided in the online exhibition manual. As support EAGE offers universities a booth for a special fee. A university booth includes a standard booth package.
