The Mental Health and Well Being Fair, an initiative of Group 1 clubs, was held over the weekend. The Fair had 56 stalls and over 1000 attended which is larger than last year. Well done to DG Nominee Michael Buckeridge and committee. Our club assisted and thank you to those members who attended. The next two weeks will be quite busy. Together with our wives, John Palmer, Bruce Howlett, Des Sievers and I will be travelling to the District Conference and AGM at Agnes Waters this weekend. Coming up, there are also two barbeques at Council facilities, the Christmas Fair and the Mackay Club meeting with associated raffle proceeds going to the Mackay Drop-in Centre.
