RECEPTION DESK Upon arrival at the Exhibition Center, all participants must go to the reception desk and collect their participant folders. For exhibitors unable to make it on Tuesday, it is recommended to arrive at the Exhibition Center at 7.30am on Wednesday, December 05 th to complete the set up and personalization of their booths. Aeromart Toulouse offers hard walled booths. We strongly recommend you to bring graphics to customize your space, or to order customized panels and fascia board for a more professional finish. Noisy machines or sound systems are not allowed. Also ensure that all equipment and graphics you ll bring can actually fit in your booth. BOOTH DETAILS Each wall panel measures 1m (3.3ft) wide and 2.5m (8.2ft) high. Exhibitors are welcome to bring pop-up stands, rollups and other graphics as long as they fit within the dimensions of the selected booth and do not stick out. GRAPHICS AND PRINTING EXAMPLES CUSTOMIZED BOOTH PANELS Description: Your booth is made of hard walls that can be customized with your own graphics. You just need to supply with your ready-to-print artwork. - Panel dimensions: 2500mm x 1000mm - Actual/visible dimensions : 2389mm x 945mm Your electronic artwork must be a high resolution file suitable for printing. ROLL UP GRAPHICS Description: Making of a one side graphics roller Dimensions: 80 x 200 cm Weight: 3kg Artwork in an appropriate and printable format is required (80x200) The document must be a high resolution ready-to-print file.
