Invoicing Model - Possibility to choose between two Pricing Alternatives - Aircraft De-icing N*ICE, 15 th of July 2018

Invoicing Model with two Alternatives for Winter Season 2018/2019 The current invoicing model was introduced three years ago. It offers two alternatives: Pricing Components Explanations Alternative 1 List of s Non-Cold Pool Service Fluid In Alternative 1, the de-icing/anti-icing event is the base for charging. The general conditions of contract of N*ICE apply. There is no bilateral contract between N*ICE and the Airline. The Service applies for every event. Its amount depends on the aircraft category. Fluid is charged according to usage. Alternative 2 Cold Pool FRA per Departure Service Fluid To participate in Alternative 2, the Airline has to enter into a bilateral 1-year contract with N*ICE. The contract will be based on the IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreements (SGHA). Multiple year contracts available upon request (Pricing is identical to single year contracts) The is deicing-independent and is charged per departure between 1 st October and 30 th April. The Service is deicing-dependent and applies for every event. Its amount depends on the aircraft category. Fluid is charged according to usage. N*ICE 2

Invoicing Model with two Alternatives Introduction in Winter Season 2018/2019 All airlines have the opportunity to choose between the alternatives 1 and 2 on an annual basis. A switchover between the two alternatives is only possible before the start of every winter season (changing period: 1 May to 30 September). There is no possibility to change between 1 October and 30 April. All additional services, e.g. pre-deicing, ice-check, etc. are charged according to the prices of the chosen alternative. If the planned number of deicing/anti-icing events is significantly exceeded within a season (more than 6,500), a refund will apply for both alternatives. NEW this season: Based on the feedback from the airline community, we offer the possibility to sign multiple year contracts for the Alternative 2 Contract Model Cold Pool FRA starting with this season. Please note that this is done solely to reduce the administrative time yearly signature procedure. The prices for multiple year contracts will be exactly the same as the yearly contracts and will change accordingly if there are seasonal price changes. If you wish to sign a multiple year contract please contact fakturierung@nice-services.aero to get a contract sent to you.. The deadline of September 30 th 2018 applies to both single and multiple year contracts. N*ICE 3

Invoicing Model with two Alternatives Composition Price Components Alternative 1 List of s Non-Cold Pool Alternative 2 Cold Pool FRA per Departure Service per Event Fluid according to usage & Service & per Event Fluid according to usage N*ICE 4

Modalities two Alternatives A change between the Alternatives is possible before the start of every winter season Alternative 1 List of s Non-Cold Pool Airlines which do not enter into a contract with N*ICE will be charged according the actual List of s Non-Cold Pool. The List of s Non-Cold Pool is valid from 1 October 2018. The list will be checked annually and will be adapted if necessary. This alternative could be beneficial to airlines who have certain planned departure times and/or only few movements. Alternative 2 Contract Model Cold Pool FRA The Cold Pool FRA contract is based on the IATA-Standards. It contains regulations concerning the deicing-independent, the deicing-dependent Service, as well as for the possibility of a refund to the airline. The Airline has to declare the participation in the contract model until 30 September 2018. The signed contract must be received by N*ICE until that date. Advantages contract model: Both parties have a stable calculation base. A switchover between the two alternatives is only possible between 1 May and 30 September. If an Airline does not reply until 30 September 2018, Alternative 1 applies automatically. If the release limit (6,500 events in the season) for a refund is reached within a season, the refund will be paid out before the beginning new season, latest until 30 September 2019. N*ICE 5
