About Camp TimeOut Our Mission Camp TimeOut builds all-inclusive summer camp weekends for the CrossFit Camp TimeOut invites the CrossFit community 21+. 2018 events: Western Massachusetts June 8-10 and Oct. 19- community to get outside of the box. 21; Charlottesville, Virginia May 4-6; and Deckers, Colorado Aug. 31-Sept. Demographics Participation Participants range from casual campers to competitive CrossFit enthusiasts. In 2017, we hosted 2 camp weekends in Massachusetts with 61 registrants total. In 2018, registration is now open for 4 events (Massachusetts x2, Virginia, Colorado), and registration will be capped at 100 attendees for each event. Most campers live within a 3.5-hour drive of camp location attended. Camp TimeOut is a weekend long, immersive experience - a place where stud athletes, average CrossFitters, and art nerds alike unplug, play in nature, try new activities, and make good friends. Camp is choose your own adventure, so campers may spend the day participating in extreme fitness challenges or focused on relaxation. Sample schedule attached. Sponsorship Opportunities for 2018 Camp TimeOut has established a limited number of sponsorship opportunities. We believe that by limiting our sponsors, we can provide more exposure and opportunity. Our goal is to develop strong relationships and long-term partnerships. Therefore, we are looking for sponsors who want to pro-actively interact with campers to maximize our mutual exposure. We partner with sponsors to support the Campership Funds (scholarship funds) at each location where we stay allowing underprivileged kids to go to camp where our campers go. Platinum Sponsor (1 available) $3,000 + variable required donation (estimated total cost = $10,000) Our Platinum Sponsor will be our flagship partner for 2018 and will receive maximum exposure with our campers and through our promotions. In addition to the $3,000 up-front cost, sponsor will donate to the campership fund at each camp location based upon the number of finishers of the Camp TimeOut burpee mile during each camp weekend. Sponsor donates $20/finisher for burpee mile relay teams of 3 or more, and $50/finisher for burpee mile teams of 2 or individual finishers. In 2017, 30% of campers participated in the burpee mile, but we expect a higher participation rate in 2018. Benefits Include: 2018 Burpee Mile events will be sponsored by your company. Opportunity to present branded big check to campership fund for underprivileged kids at closing ceremony of each camp weekend based on number of Burpee Mile finishers. $350 off camp for any brand reps who attend (up to 3/event) Opportunity to do a tasting/promotion of your product during camp (for vendors of alcohol, this is contingent upon approval from Camp TimeOut stakeholders at each camp property). Opportunity to hang branded signage at camp Logo prominent and linked on camp website Promotion of special discounts and offers Gold Sponsor (4 available) $1,250 Our Gold Sponsors will be premium partners for 2018 and will receive exposure with our members and through our promotions. Benefits include: Opportunity to do a tasting/promotion of your product during camp (for vendors of alcohol, this is contingent upon approval from Camp TimeOut stakeholders at each camp property).
