What to do in case of calamities Serious accident or fire In case of a serious accident or fire, inform the hotel reception immediately via the emergency number 666. Fire alarm Leave the hotel immediately via the closest emergency exit. Never use the lift. The escape route information can be found on the inside of your hotel room door. Report to a member of staff of De Bonte Wever outside. Need First-Aid or a doctor? Ring the hotel reception by dialing number 9 on the telephone in your room. State clearly your room number, name and the nature of the complaints. Hotel reception The hotel reception can be reached 24 hours a day via telephone number 9. Welcome Feel good, have fun! On behalf of all our employees we wish you a pleasant stay in our hotel. This hotel guide will provide you with information about the hotel, the facilities in our complex and information about the surroundings. For further questions, you can always ask our employees at the hotel reception. We wish you a pleasant stay! Service ABC Luggage room Luggage can be stored temporarily in the luggage room next to the hotel reception. The use of this room is completely at your own risk. Special needs Do you want a special diet or, for example, are you disabled? Please make any special requirements known to us in advance so that we can take account of your wishes and needs. Computer with internet In the hotel lobby, you can find computers with an internet connection; these are free to use. Facilities pass All guests are given a facilities pass when they check in. This can be used to enter the sport and relaxation facilities. The facilities pass is also valid on the day of departure. Bicycle shed The bicycle shed can be opened with your room key. House and conduct rules To ensure a comfortable stay for everybody, we kindly request you to comply with the house and conduct rules of De Bonte Wever. The rules are displayed at the reception of De Bonte Wever. Internet In your room, in the hotel lobby, De Bonte Brink and in the board rooms you can use free internet (wifi). Hotel room safe The hotel room contains a safe where you can store your valuables. You can operate this safe with your own 6 digit personal code. To close You will find the safe open. Close the door. Enter your personal 6 digit number en press the (#) key. The word CLOSED appears. To open Enter your personal 6 digit number and the safe will open. The word OPENED appears. Important! Leave the safe open at check out. Car park You can make free use of the parking spaces at your own risk. Note; do not leave any valuables in your vehicle. Post You can leave your post at the hotel reception. We shall post this for you as long as it is sufficiently franked. Smoking Hotel De Bonte Wever is completely smoking free. If it is noted that this rule has not been obeyed in the hotel rooms, this will lead to a fine of 100 because of the extra cleaning costs. Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas. Wheelchairs A limited number of wheelchairs are available at the hotel reception. Barrier You can always freely enter the hotel grounds. Note; if you want to leave the grounds, please show your hotel room pass at the barrier. When you check out you will receive an exit token at the hotel reception. The hotel grounds close every day at 22.00 hours, as do the entrances to the hotel blocks. If you want to enter or leave the hotel after this time, you must do this via the hotel entrance and exit of De Bonte Wever. Iron and iron board Iron and iron board are available at the reception. Sport and relaxation facilities Family entertainers Hotel De Bonte Wever has dedicated family entertainers that organises fun indoor and outdoor activities for children and adults. Activities like colouring, craftworks, painting, making mosaics and greeting cards or doing woodwork are organised each day. Taking part in the activities is generally included in your arrangement. An entertainment program can be found at the entrance to the Cafe Street. Aqua sports & group lessons De Bonte Wever offers you the chance to take part in aqua sports. The times can be found on the special flyer obtainable at the central reception. Lap swimming De Bonte Wever has special hours for lap swimming. The times can be found on the special flyer obtainable at the hotel reception. Bowling Reservations can be made at the Bowling Bar. The opening hours are displayed at the entrance of the bowling. If you are not staying with us as a all-inclusive guest, the costs of bowling are not included. Board games Various board games can be obtained at the bar in the hotel lobby. Kids jungle Lots of climbing and clambering fun for the kids! The opening hours are displayed at entrance of the bowling. Minigolf Come and play golf on our miniature golf course. Sticks and balls are available at the central reception. Professional fitness centre You can make use of the many facilities in the fitness centre. Appropriate sports clothing and indoor sports shoes must be worn and the use of a towel is also obligatory in the fitness centre. The minimum age for the fitness centre is 12 years old under the supervision of an adult. The opening hours are displayed at the hotel reception. You can also participate in various group lessons offered in the fitness centre after registering at the reception counter. Beauty parlour The beauty parlour offers you various relaxing treatments from 25.-. Reservations can be made via the hotel reception. The opening hours are displayed at the beauty parlor and at the hotel reception. Sub-tropical swimming and sauna paradise with outdoor pool and sun area The swimming pool has a snack counter where you can purchase various snacks. This assortment is not included in your all-in hotel arrangement. Coffee, tea and soft drinks can however be obtained at the swimming pool. Note; the use of arm bands is obligatory for children who do not have a swimming diploma. Arm bands can be obtained at the central reception upon payment of a deposit ( 7.50). The opening hours are displayed at the hotel reception. Check out & late departure Check out (departure) On the day of departure you must vacate your room before 10.30 hours. Your all-in arrangement also ends at that time (if reserved). You will have access to all the facilities during the day (bowling not included). Late departure Would you like to make longer use of the facilities? Then you can make use of a late departure. The cost is 17.50 per adult and 8.75 for children (3-12 years). You can also still enjoy the lunch and drinks are included until 15.00 hours (free drinks only valid for all-in arrangements). You also have access to all the facilities during the day. Your luggage can be stored in our luggage room from 10.30 hours until the time of departure. You must vacate your room before 10.30 hours.
