FAAMA 2012 GATHERING OF EAGLES EXHIBITOR & SPONSORSHIP PROSPECTUS Demonstrate your support of the Federal Aviation Administration Managers Association by being an exhibitor or sponsor of our 2012 Convention in Orlando, FL. The 2012 Convention theme is Soarin to New Heights. There are a variety of ways to feature your organization at the Convention, and achieve maximum impact and exposure for your marketing investment. EXHIBIT AND ISLAND FEES 1 Exhibit Space, 10' X 10' (100 sq. feet)...$2,000 2 Exhibit Spaces, 10' X 10' (200 sq. feet)...$3,850 3 Exhibit Spaces, 10' X 10' (300 sq. feet)...$5,625 A limited quantity of 20' X 20' island exhibitor spaces are available for $7,500 each. EXHIBIT HALL OPPORTUNITIES EXHIBIT SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUSIONS AND BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS included with your booth: The basic exhibit space size is 10' X 10' and includes one table, two chairs, one waste basket, pipe and drape, and one standard identification sign per company. If you desire carpet, electricity, internet, telephone, cleaning services, etc. you must order that directly from our exhibit hall vendor. Once you secure your exhibit space, we will provide you with contact information for the exhibit hall vendor. All of the above additions, as well as additional furniture must be ordered and paid for by the exhibitor directly to the exhibit hall vendor. booth location: All Disney exhibit areas are virtually equivalent therefore all booths will be assigned by booth management. If you have a preference, all efforts will be made to accommodate your request, however this service is not guaranteed. vendor registrations: Each 10x10 booth order includes two Vendor Conference Registrations. These registrations entitle the vendor to full exhibit hall access, access to the buffet breakfasts served near the exhibit hall Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, plus access to the Registrants lunches on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Each 20x20 island order includes six Vendor Conference Registrations. Additional registrants are charged an additional $125 each for meals and access to the same benefits as the initial vendor registrants. faa exhibitors: FAA exhibitors are provided booth space at the same rate as any other vendors. FAA employees staffing FAA exhibits and staying at Disney s Coronado Springs Resort are charged the same Convention registration fees as FAAMA members, using the same accelerated registration fee schedule. FAA employees staffing FAA exhibits, but staying at hotels other than Coronado Springs Resort, are charged the same conveniton registration fees as non-faama members. These registrations entitle the FAA exhibitor to all breakfast and lunch meals, the President s Welcome Reception, and the Awards Banquet, as well as access to the Convention Hall and the Hospitality Suite. Additionally, elms login data will be collected at registration so that continuing management education credit may be assigned for participating in the FAAMA-provided training. 4 FAAMA 2012 CONVENTION

Order these 10' x 10's using this form. Print it out, fill it out, sign it, and fax it as instructed below. You will be invoiced. BOOTH SELECTION Because the number of available 10' x 10' booths is limited, and the exhibit area is not large, all booth locations are deemed to be equivalent in desirability. Therefore, booth locations will be assigned by FAAMA and not selected by vendors. ISLAND EXHIBIT SPONSORSHIPS 20' x 20' Island Exhibit Sponsorships...$7,500 Island exhibits are also ordered on this form. To order an Island, fill out, sign and fax this form as directed below. Once you pay that invoice and the deposit is received, and your company is accepted by FAAMA as an exhibitor, a confirmation notice will be delivered to you. Final payment is due on or before June 30, 2012. Purchase of exhibit space after June 30, 2012 requires payment of the full amount. All payments must be made in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. Banks, payable to FAAMA. TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND CANCELLATIONS Exhibitors hereby agree to all terms, conditions and regulations as stated in this prospectus, which are hereby acknowledged to be a part of this contract. If final payment is not received by June 30, 2012, this application and contract may be declared null and void. In this case, the initial 50% deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel your reservation, cancellation must be received by June 30, 2012 to receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of 10% of the exhibit fee. If you cancel after June 30 and before July 22, you will receive a 50% refund less the administrative fee. If you cancel after July 22, you will forfeit the refund.
