RESOLUTION NO. 2009-22 A RESOLUTION, declaring certain personal property surplus to the needs of the City of Wenatchee and authorizing the Department of Public Works to dispose of the personal property identified herein. WHEREAS, the City of Wenatchee owns the personal property legally described on Exhibit A ; and WHEREAS, the personal property described on Exhibit A is surplus to the needs of the City; and WHEREAS, the City of Wenatchee has the statutory authority to dispose of said personal property under RCW 35A.11.010 and Chapter 1.34 WCC as currently enacted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wenatchee, as follows: The personal property described on Exhibit A is declared surplus to the needs of the City of Wenatchee. The Department of Public Works of the City of Wenatchee is hereby authorized and directed to sell, transfer and convey the personal property described on Exhibit A in accordance Chapter 1.34 WCC.
