Depart the USA for our Wesley tour of England Day 2: Wednesday, June 19 We arrive in Manchester England and drive to York, where we will stop for lunch and a short walking tour. This afternoon, we drive to Epworth, the home of Methodism. We will check into our hotel and enjoy a welcome dinner before catching a good night s rest. We drive to Oxford where we spend the night. Day 5: Saturday, June 22 Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then we travel to Bristol, the birthplace of Methodism. See the New Room, John Wesley's chapel built in 1739 where he started to preach to the poor. The new museum tells the story of Wesley in the 18 th century and how the movement grew and developed across the country. There is also a focus on how Methodism expanded to America. Following the service, we travel to nearby Stonehenge for a brief visit and then we will continue on our journey to Windsor and then check into our 5star hotel. This evening, enjoy a dinner cruise and dancing on the Thames River. This morning, we will have an opportunity to tour the Windsor Castle, summer home to the British Monarchy. We will finish at Wesley's Chapel and House and John Wesley's grave. The rest of the afternoon is free to visit the other sites of London, including Westminster Abby, the British Museum and Buckingham Palace. Tonight, we have tickets to a hit West End show. Day 9: Wednesday, June 26 London on your own. A free day to enjoy the sights and sounds of one of the world s great cities. Tonight, we have a closing group dinner. Overnight in London. Day 10: Thursday, June 27 After breakfast, we head to the airport for our flight home. Rate includes: Round-trip international air from Indianapolis to Manchester with return from London. Price: The price for the trip is $3900 per person (double occupancy) with at least 20 people traveling. Single occupancy is available for additional fee. The price is based upon the current rate of exchange for the GDP. Travel to Remember reserves the right to adjust the final cost to reflect the actual exchange rate at 120 days prior to the trip. We will make every effort to keep the price as close to the estimate as possible. Not included: fees for passports and, if applicable, visas, entry fees for attractions not included in the itinerary, personal gratuities, laundry and dry cleaning, excursions, wines, liquors, mineral waters and meals not mentioned in the itinerary, travel insurance, and all items of strictly personal nature. The price is based upon cash or check payments. Payments with a credit card will incur an additional fee of 3.5%. Payments: To hold a spot on the trip, a deposit of $500 per person is required by January 15, 2019. A second payment of $1500 will be due on February 15, 2019 with the final balance due April 15, 2019 Cancellation: Once you have made a payment, If you must cancel before 120 days prior to the trip, you will be entitled to a full refund. Between 120 days and 30 days prior to the trip, you will be entitled to a refund of the total trip cost less the cost of the airline ticket and any non refundable deposits paid to hotels and other vendors. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there will be no refund. Cancellations after 120 days will incur a $100 administrative fee. Flights: We endeavor to book flights, using economy class seats, that provide the best schedule at lowest price. Upgrades to Business Class on the same itinerary may be available. For a price quote, please let me know. You may choose to book your own airfare because you are traveling on a different itinerary or using Frequent flyer miles. Please let me know that you will not be using the group fare. If you would like to alter either your departing flight or your return flight and leave early or return later, we can make that change with the group fare. Please let me know the specifics of your itinerary so I can get a quote. For all flights, You will need to provide information from your passport, your name, exactly as it appears on your passport along with your date of birth, passport number and the passport expiration date. Trip Insurance: Trip insurance may be purchased to protect the cost of the trip in case of a last minute emergency. To cover pre-existing conditions, trip insurance must be purchased within 14 days of the initial deposit. Once you have placed a deposit for this trip, I will provide you with a brochure that you may choose to use. Baggage: Most airlines allow for one free checked bag on international flights. You will be charged for a second checked bag. Please check the website for specific prices. You will be allowed a small carryon and one personal bag. Please be sure you meet the specifications for the carry on bag so you are not surprised with a charge at check in. Selection of Vendors: Travel to Remember, LLC will use the following guidelines for the selection of international and domestic land and air suppliers. All suppliers will be chosen from those recommended by other known and trusted vendors in our industry. We will look for suppliers that have a proven track record for safety and a reputation for being the most experienced local receptive operators. Suppliers will be expected to comply with all local insurance and licensing regulations. One of the tour managers from Travel to Remember will accompany all excursions to make sure that the suppliers provides the best in service and customer response.
Responsibility: Tour Operator acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with this tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Tour Operator and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing the services.
