Program Terms & Conditions 1. The measurement period for eligible purchases for the Brivis Dealer Incentive Trip entitlements is 1 January to 31 December of each relevant year. 2. For this initial transitional year (only), the measurement period for eligible purchases is 1 April 2010 to 31 December 2010; a nine month period instead of the usual 12 months. 3. Trip entitlements are awarded on the eligible purchases value for the period as whole trips only. Eligible purchases of $400,000 ex GST (in 12 months) equate to one Incentive Trip. For this initial transitional year only (nine months), this value is reduced to $300,000. Pro-rata purchase value is neither redeemable nor eligible for buy-in purposes. 4. To qualify for a buy-in, you must be entitled to and qualify for at least one ticket for the Brivis Incentive Trip. Buy-in values will be advised separately. 5. As places are limited on the Brivis Dealer Incentive Trip, buy-in requests will only be approved once final numbers have been confirmed. 6. Comprehensive Travel Insurance is compulsory and is the responsibility of the delegate. Proof of insurance cover is required before departure. Brivis Climate Systems pty ltd (abn: 64 096 079 088) 7. Completion/return of the registration form is deemed irrevocable confirmation for booking purposes. No amendments can be made. 8. Brivis Dealer Incentive Trip must be taken by recipients and is not transferable to any other person or persons, or taken at an alternate date. 9. No cancellations are accepted once confirmation of attendance has been received by Destination Event Management (DEM). The deadline for registrations is Friday 21st January, 2011. 10. Any taxation liability incurred by delegates for the Brivis Dealer Incentive Program is the responsibility of the recipient. 11. The interpretation of the Brivis Dealer Incentive Program Terms and Conditions shall rest solely and absolutely with Brivis, and any decision made by Brivis shall be final. 12. Brivis reserves the right to amend any part of the program at any time without notice. 13. Additional payments, if any, for the Brivis Dealer Incentive Trip must be made directly to Destination Event Management - 3/1 Hardner Road, Mt Waverley, VIC 3149. Neither Brivis nor Destination Event Management accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss, accident, injury, delay, irregularity or consequential damage that may be caused to any person or persons or to property in conjunction with any services or travel arrangements resulting from the Brivis Dealer Incentive Program. 15. The Brivis Dealer Incentive Program Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the Brivis Dealer Agreement/Incentive Program and DEM Registration Form Booking Terms and Conditions. 16. Participation in these programs is subject to and conditional upon the eligible Dealer's Financial Trading Account(s) being within terms and a signed Dealer Agreement in place. Brivis has the final sign off on participation and attendance of Dealer, firm or individual.
