Terms & conditions Party nights New Year s Eve Gala Dinner Provisional bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 10 per person within 14 days of confirmation. Full prepayment required at the time of booking. Bookings not confirmed within 14 days may be released. Upon payment of deposit your booking will be confirmed in writing. The balance of the event and all preorders are due no later than Friday 18th November. In the event of cancellation you must notify the hotel in writing and your deposit will be retained. If the hotel receives cancellation less than 4 weeks before the event date, the full cost will remain payable. Groups of less than 10 may be required to share tables with other parties.
