ATTN. Lionel Ferreira Caspian Sea: Liftboat Support Subject: Estimates After a long-awaited anticipation, we are pleased to offer you the following information to supply LB Petite for your project. In response to the width and height requirement we have included an estimated cost to remove both legs and a portion of the sponsons on both sides of the vessel which is listed as item 1. These removals will reduce both vessel width and overall height for passage through the canal. The cost to move the vessel from the offloading site to Baku ship yard is detailed in the transport charge. The re-installment cost at the Baku shipyard and associated downtime for the vessel we have assumed for your account and is not included. At least a portion of our crew would be with the vessel from offloading and thru the reinstallation of sponsons and legs. At that point when the vessel was ready to work the vessel price would go to the full rental rate as defined in the appendix A short form. To Recap: 1) Shipyard work preparation and engineering (est. 30 days) (cost est. $176,000 USD). 2) Transportation enroute (est. 45 days) (cost est. $984,500 USD). 3) Transport to Baku shipyard from offload site (est. 30 days) (cost est. $660,000 EU). 4) Shipyard work reinstallation at Baku (est. 45 days) (cost unknown) Supervising crew by owner rates. * 5) Working rate for liftboat and crew. * 6) Shipyard stand-by rate for liftboat preparation and voyage. * Please be advised that no allowance has been included for spare parts and/or associated materials. *Defined in Appendix A
