RegioJet a.s. Tariff of Passengers and Baggage Rail Transportation Approved on November 28 th 2018
Article I, Basic Provision 1. This Tariff is directed by a valid assessment of the Ministry of Finance of Czech Republic. The conditions under which the carrier offers the services of regular public national rail transport are directed by the Act on Railways No. 266/1994 Coll. as amended, the Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 175/2000 Coll., on the Transport Rules for Public Rail and Road Passenger Transport. 2. The Carrier publishes the price lists and conditions for their use in accordance with Section 13 (2) of Act No. 526/1990 Coll. about prices. 3. The prices quoted include value added tax, unless otherwise stated. 4. This Tariff comes into effect on November 28 th 2018. Article II, Types of Fares Basic types of fares include: 1. Regular Fare the price is regulated by the Czech Ministry of Finance's assessment. 2. Special Fares the price is determined by the Czech Ministry of Finance for listed groups of passengers 3. Credit Ticket Fare is set in a form of advantageous prices for the RegioJet Credit Card holders. 4. Promotional Offers is set within the terms of business terms of RegioJet a.s. 5. Tickets Bought on Board of the Train is set within the terms of business terms of RegioJet a.s. Article III, Price of Transportation 1. The ticket price is determined according to the used fare and chosen travel class. 2. Unless a discount on return ticket is applied, the return ticket fare shall be calculated as a double the oneway fare. 3. The fare price is determined by automatic calculation in the reservation system of RegioJet a.s. and STUDENT AGENCY K.S., based on the specification of the basic demands. The booking system offers travelers an overview of prices on individual days, hours and travel classes. Passengers are able to choose the price that suits them best. Article IV, Regular Fare 1. Regular fare in RegioJet a.s. is the price for the carriage of those passengers who do not claim a special fare, which is regulated by the Ministry of Finance. 2. Every passenger is entitled to a Regular fare and this entitlement does not have to be proved by passengers. 3. Discounts are applicable on a Regular fare for listed groups of passengers in accordance with a valid Ministry of Finance assessment. 4. Regular fare for Low cost Class (2nd travel class): Regular fare in varying sums equals to the fare cost as stated in RegioJet a.s. reservation system and STUDENT AGENCY K.S. for an adult passenger without a discount. This is a 2nd class car with discounted price and limited services. Not guaranteed on every connection. 5. Regular fare for Standard Class (2nd travel class): Regular fare in varying sums equals to the fare cost as stated in RegioJet a.s. reservation system and STUDENT AGENCY K.S. for an adult passenger without a discount. 6. Regular fare for Relax Class (2nd travel class): Regular fare in varying sums equals to the fare cost as stated in RegioJet a.s. reservation system and STUDENT AGENCY K.S. for an adult passenger without a discount. 7. Regular fare for Business Class (1st travel class): Regular fare in varying sums equals to the fare cost as stated in RegioJet a.s. reservation system and STUDENT AGENCY K.S. for an adult passenger without a discount. 8. Regular fare for Couchette: Regular fare in varying sums equals to the fare cost as stated in RegioJet a.s.

Regular fare for Berth men and women: Regular fare in varying sums equals to the fare cost as stated in RegioJet a.s. reservation system and STUDENT AGENCY K.S. for an adult passenger without a discount. 10. Regular fare for Berth women: Regular fare in varying sums equals to the fare cost as stated in RegioJet a.s. reservation system and STUDENT AGENCY K.S. for an adult passenger without a discount. 11. Regular fare for Berth own coupé: Regular fare in varying sums equals to the fare cost as stated in RegioJet a.s. reservation system and STUDENT AGENCY K.S. for an adult passenger without a discount. Article V, Special Fares 1. A special fare is the price regulated by the Ministry of Finance, and it is based on an ordinary fare and is set for the listed passenger groups. 2. If the passenger is not able to prove entitlement to a special fare during the duration of the transport contract, upon RegioJet a. s. personnel s demand, the passenger will pay the difference in fare on which he will prove the entitlement from the starting to the exit station indicated on the ticket. 2.1. special fare for 1-2 children up to 6 years of age: Children under the age of 6 (ie until the day before the 6th birthday) are transported free of charge (with a 100% discount). Children under 6 years of age must be accompanied by a person over the age of 10. Only one of two children is entitled to its own seat. The third and every other child up to 6 years accompanied by one person over the age of 10 shall pay special fare for children between the ages of 6 and 18 under paragraph 2.2. Passengers are required to show entitlement to a discount by means of a card showing the date of birth of the passenger. In this case, the card does not have to include a photograph (such as the insurance card). Applies to tariffs: Low cost, Standard, Relax, and Business. 2.2. special fare for children from 6 to 18 years of age: Children aged between 6 and 18. Passengers between age 6 and 15 don t have to prove entitlement to the special fare. Passengers aged 15-18 are required to prove entitlement to a discount by means of an officially issued valid personal identification document that contains a photograph or digital processed form, name and surname and date of birth. An entitlement to the special fare may also be proved by a student card containing the requirements under the existing legislation and mutually recognized by the carriers, or by a valid ISIC student card in the form of a plastic card. The validity of ISIC student card is shown on the front of the card or the card is valid if it is extended by so called revalidation stamp (in the form of a holographic sticker), which always indicates when the card is valid. The carrier may also accept the proof of age in a form of a card issued by the carrier, or a card issued under the relevant integrated transport system, including electronic porter. Applies to tariffs Low cost, Standard and Relax. 2.3. special fare for school pupils and students: Pupils and students between the ages of 18 and 26 who are attending an education process in elementary school or who are continuously preparing for future vocation by studying at secondary school, conservatory, higher vocational school, university full-time studies in the Czech Republic or studying which it is based on their content and scope on the level of studies at these schools, or they have a similar status abroad. The entitlement is proved with a valid student card containing the required information according to the current legal regulations, ie actual photograph, name and surname, date of birth, name of the school. The entitlement may also be proved by a valid ISIC card in the form of a plastic card. The validity of ISIC student card is shown on the front of the card or the card is valid if it is extended by so called revalidation stamp (in the form of a holographic sticker), which always indicates when the card is valid. The carrier may also accept the proof of age in a form of a card issued by the carrier, or a card issued under the relevant integrated transport system, including electronic porter. Applies to Low cost, Standard and Relax. 2.4. special fare for passengers of age 65 and more:
Passengers over 65 years of age. The entitlement to a special fare is proved with a European Union citizen's identity card or travel document or other officially issued valid personal identification document, which includes photograph or digital processing form, name and surname and date of birth. The carrier may also accept the proof of age in a form of a card issued by the carrier, or a card issued under the relevant integrated transport system, including electronic porter. Applies to tariffs Low cost, Standard and Relax. 2.5. special fare for persons with special health hardship (ZTP / ZTP card holders) and transport of their guides: Heavily disabled people who were granted benefits under special regulations in the Czech Republic and hold a ZTP or ZTP/P license issued in the Czech Republic are entitled to a special fare consisting of 25% of the price of Regular fare (75% discount on ordinary fare). In addition to entitlement to special fare, the holder of the ZTP/P card is also entitled to: 2.5.1. Free transport of their guide. A guide dog can also be a guide dog. 2.5.2. Free carriage pram as luggage or baggage, if the holder of ZTP / P child. The ZTP / P holder cannot be represented by another the other ZTP / P card holder, except for a holder with blindness or a child under 10 years of age. The entitlement to special fares for persons with severely disabled health is proved by a ZTP or ZTP / P card. Applies to Low cost, Standard and Relax. 2.6. special fare for parents (court-appointed guardians) to visit handicapped/disabled children placed in institutions in the Czech Republic: Parents or court-appointed custodians (further "parents") for visits paid to children that have a physical, mental or sensory handicap or that are chronically ill, permanently or long-term institutionalized (more than 3 months) in medical, educational, social facilities and institutions (further "institutes") are entitled to a fare consisting of 25% of the price of Regular fare. Special fare entitlement is recognized from the station closest to the place of residence of the parent to the station closest to the institution and back, in the shortest or the most advantageous direction. A special fare for parents to visit children with disabilities located in institutions can only be purchased on board of train from the stewards. A ticket from the station closest to the place of the institute to the residence of the holder of the card may be purchased within the first day of validity the day after confirmation of the child's visit to the institution at latest. The entitlement to the special fare shall be evidenced by a valid pass issued by the institution in which the child is placed. Applies to Low cost, Standard and Relax. Article VI, Credit Ticket Fare 1. It is possible to handle RegioJet credit system the in the booking system of companies RegioJet a.s. and STUDENT AGENCY K.S. Registration requirements for manipulating with the RegioJet credit system are published on the websites of companies STUDENT AGENCY K.S and Regiojet a. S. 2. The customer can add the credits by means of payment established for online payments or by means of a cash deposit at RegioJet a.s. or STUDENT AGENCY K.S. branches. 1 credit is an equivalent of 1 CZK. 3. RegioJet credit system may be used for purchasing bus and train tickets on lines operated by companies RegioJet a.s. and STUDENT AGENCY K.S. and for refunding the fares upon cancellation of the tickets. Article VII, Promotional Offers 1. This is a fare that differs from the regular, special, credit fare or tickets bought on board of the train. 2. Promotional offers can be different for each day and connection. The individual promotional offers are published on the RegioJet a.s. websites.
Article VIII, Tickets Bought on Board of the Train In case of purchasing train ticket on board of the train a fixed pricelist is set for each train class. Article IX, Integrated Transport System of Moravian-Silesian Region ODIS 1. Starting July 15 2018 the company RegioJet a.s. will enter into the Integrated Transport System of Moravian- Silesian Region ODIS. 2. On the railway lines 320 and 321, respectively in the section Návsí Ostrava hl. n. On the R60 line RJ 1002, RJ 1004, RJ 1006, the passengers with a valid ODIS card - a contactless card with a valid long-distance ticket for the respective tariff zones may use these connections. Passengers with ODIS travel document have reserved seats No. 1 40 in the Low cost car (usually numbered 0 or 1). 3. Transport free of charge, transport of persons holders of ZTP or ZTP/P card, issued in the Czech Republic, including the guide (either a person or a dog), luggage transportation and animal transportation are regulated by RegioJet a.s. Tariff and RegioJet a.s. Contractual Conditions of Carriage. Article X, Validity Period of RegioJet a.s. Tariff of Passengers and Baggage Rail Transportation This Tariff entered into effect on November 28 th 2018 and is valid until a new Tariff is issued and published.
