Our ref: 0196B/DG/GJ November 2018 Dear Parents/Carers Ski Trip Firstly, thank you very much for submitting your payments for the ski trip in such timely fashion. May I remind you that the deadline for the final payment is Friday 30 November. We now need to request some more information from you, and so we would be very grateful if you could complete and return the attached forms to reception by Friday 7 December to allow the collation of all information pertinent to health and safety. Throughout the preparation process for the trip there will be other deadlines. We regret that unless all deadlines are met your daughter s place on the trip may be withdrawn. May I also remind you of the date of the information evening for parents and students ahead of the trip taking place on Wednesday 30 January at 7.00pm in the Lecture Theatre. At the meeting we will give you information on things like travel times, itinerary, what to pack, etc. We will also be able to answer any questions you may have. In addition, students will have the opportunity to choose the colour and size of their souvenir hoodie for the trip. I am sure many of you will be thinking about the kit your daughters will need for the trip, and I have attached a kit list to this letter. After 29 March 2019: 1. You should have 6 months left on your passport from your date of arrival. This applies to adult and child passports. 2. If you renewed a 10 year adult passport before it expired, extra months may have been added to your passport s expiry date. These extra months will not count. Please don t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about this, or any other aspect of the trip. In the meantime, I look forward to seeing you at the Information Evening. Yours sincerely Mr Goldsmith Trip Leader
