The new 2-seat simulator, with dual linked heavy-duty flight controls, grants fast and professional learning for the General Aviation pilots of the future. The structural features and flight controls of the MTGS332, make it suitable for the Certification process as a BITD (Basic Instrument Training Device) and FNPT II (Flight and Navigation Procedure Trainer - Type II / MCC).

MTGS332. Welcome. FSC is pleased to present a new addition to the M.T.G.S. Multi Type General-Aviation Simulator range. MTGS332 is a complete two seater training device with linked flight controls, based on the Cessna C172SP-G1000 aircraft, and designed for the students of Aviation Schools and Colleges. Ideal for VFR flights, thanks to the correct height of the instrument panel and visual system for a proper and realistic point of view; being equipped with the G1000 Glass Cockpit with programmable autopilot and GPS mapping, it is also ideal for IFR flights. It features heavy-duty flight controls with Dynamic Control Loading system, both on the Yoke and on the rudder pedals, designed and manufactured by FSC. In addition, the unique design of this new flight console, with its faithful G1000 system replica, the ACS Vernier throttle controls as in the original aircraft, or the interchangeable lever controls, provides great versatility and customization to simulate different aircrafts. The simulator with a full metal structure is designed and tested for extremely efficient and reliable operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with minimal maintenance.

Dynamic Control Loading system for even greater realism The main flight controls (Yoke and Rudder Pedals) are built with sturdy and reliable materials and mechanisms, and also feature the Dynamic Control Loading technology, a system applying a variable resistance to flight controls, and when used with autopilot, automatically move the controls accordingly (following autopilot). Through precise and solid electric motors provides a realistic feedback of the force applied on the flight controls, which varies according to the air pressure exerted on the aircraft surfaces. This system also recreates the reversible movement of the aerodynamic surfaces, as, for example, the rudder trim on single engine aircraft, the weight of the aerodynamic surfaces Dynamic Control Loading System The self-calibration of the controls at each start-up allows the positioning with maximum precision and their physical centring on the axes. This allows to recover from any mechanical variations in flight controls over time. All vibrations of the aircraft are managed and simulated, both of the engine on the controls (intensity, hertz frequency variable according to the rpm), and of the contact with ground surface, with accurate reading of the lateral accelerations, which allow the pilot, for example, to feel which wheel (left or right) is touching or detaching from the ground. Yoke system with passive force feedback

The pilot s movement inputs are detected with precision by the engine s internal resolver, but the flight controls are also equipped with backup precision potentiometers that allow flight simulation without problems, even in the case of Dynamic Control Loading machine stop. In case of emergency and for user s safety, the system is equipped with a red emergency button that interrupts the power supply to the Dynamic Control Loading system. Rudder Pedals with Dynamic Control System Loading Greater realism in the flight experience Proportional toe braking Simulated effects: engine, ground movement, turbulence, rudder trim, autopilot, stall, etc. Realistic feedback that varies depending on the air pressure exerted on the aircraft surfaces Rudder pedals linked to the two pilot stations for a realistic simulation The yoke system with mechanical link is made of stainless steel, and is available in passive version or with Dynamic Control Loading system. It performs complete rotations of 180 on the longitudinal axis, just like the yoke of the real aircraft. The maximum entry and exit movement is 170 mm. The steering wheel is manufactured directly by FSC and are the perfect 1:1 replica of the originals. They are equipped with double trim switches (brake and motor), the autopilot disengage and the push-to-talk (PTT) button.

FSC 1000 GLASS COCKPIT FSC1000 is a 1:1 scale replica of a popular Glass Cockpit System, as found in many modern aircrafts. It is an integrated digital avionic instrument system, composed of two display units, one serving as a primary flight display (PFD), and one as a multi-function display (MFD) together with an audio panel. The main on-board instruments are shown on the FSC1000 screens, replacing the classic analogue instrumentation. Each display unit is equipped with all the buttons for the autopilot setting. The G1000 System recognizes the type of aircraft and changes the type of indicators and speed limits accordingly. PC SERVER AND CONNECTIVITY The simulator has powerful servers optimized for flight simulation, suitable for 24/7 operation. Particular attention has also been paid to the ventilation system of the electronic equipment. The optimized server/client configuration, and the client PC dedicated to the G1000 avionics, grant a smooth flight and scenery flow. Mouse and keyboard, useful for configuring simulation software, are easily accessible by pilots thanks to the positioning in the lockable drawer. In addition, virtual private networks have been created to allow remote access the simulator for maintenance and update purposes. Thanks to these tools of Communication and information Technology, FSC provides its customers with a long-term after-sales service, guaranteeing a quick maintenance assistance. AIR SPEED INDICATOR It is an accurate replica of the instrument used in the C172-SP Cessna. Specifically designed for flight simulation, it is used to measure aircraft speed. ATTITUDE INDICATOR It is a very precise replica of an original artificial horizon and can be used in simulated cockpits for general aviation. It allows knowing the attitude of an aircraft respect to the longitudinal and transverse axis, providing information about pitch and roll. ALTIMETER It is a very precise replica of an original General Aviation altimeter and has a double pressure scale in Inches (used in the United States and the United Kingdom) and in millibars (used in other countries in Europe).

Customizable VISUAL KIT MTGS332 is a simulator designed to be easily customized, especially in the Visual field. FSC provides two configurations without visual kits (SKU 200311 and 200312), which can be integrated into existing simulation environments, and 2 models with a scenery display system (SKU 200311 and 200312). The solution proposed by FSC consists of a compact metal structure on wheels, housing 3x 30 LCD monitors with a resolution of 2.560X1.600 16:10 that guarantee a smooth flight and scenery flow (up to 60 fps). Thanks to the expertise in manufacturing and integration of turnkey flight simulators, FSC is able to design and realize customized visual systems based on customer needs. Visual Kit: 3 x 30 LCD (SKU 200311 e 200312) Visual Kit: 3 x 55 LCD 180-degree Visual Kit: 3 x Video projectors For example, FSC offers 180-degree visual systems using video projectors or 55 / 85 high-definition screens. These solutions create a three-dimensional immersive view, almost giving the pilots the feeling that the simulator is on a motion platform. The MTGS332 simulator is provided with extremely detailed sceneries of the whole Italian territory and its 50 major airports, as well as the major European airports, each with a photo-realistic surrounding area of approximately 50 km (+/- 25km). The M.T.G.S. Flight Training Simulator comes with the new FSC DOLO- MITI 3D SCENERY included (only for X-Plane). It is a faithful and complete reproduction of over 5,000 sq/km of the Italian Alps. 180-degree Amphitheater Visual Kit: 5 x 85 LCD
