Get settled in your cabin before attending a Welcome Reception this evening. (WR) Day 2, Dubrovnik Mljet, Sunday Start the day with a walking tour of Dubrovnik, the Pearl of Adriatic and a UNESCO World Heritage site. You ll visit the Rector s Palace and Franciscan Monastery s Pharmacy before returning to the boat for lunch. As you dine, set sail for Mljet Island. Mljet National Park covers the western wooded area of the island. There are five types of forest and many species of birds, including eagles. The eastern end of the park has two deep lakes, Veliko Jezero (Big Lake) and Malo Jezero (Small Lake). One of the many tales about the island of Mljet says it was the favorite holiday destination of the Greek hero Ulysses! (B,L,D) Day 3, Mljet Pucisca, Monday After breakfast, relax as you sail past Korcula Island. Korcula is a unique example of the harmony between nature, culture, tradition, history, and modern tourism. Lunch will be served on board. Continue sailing to Pucisca, a beautiful little town on island of Brac. Stop for a swim in one of the bays. Your evening is free to discover the town and enjoy dinner on your own at one of the many restaurants. (B,L) Day 4, Pucisca Omis Split, Tuesday As you sail along the coast, stop at the ancient town of Omis. Its fortresses are silent stone reminders of the power and the might of the infamous pirates who once made their homes and fortunes here. After a short walking tour, board a small boat and sail into Cetina River Canyon, a protected nature area. Continue to Radman Mills for a local specialty snack. Return to Omis and your boat, and set sail during lunch. Arriving in Split, the capital of Dalmatia, take a guided tour of the port, the seafront promenade, and Roman Emperor Diocletian s Palace. The historical center of the city is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Your evening is free in Split. (B,L) Day 5, Split Bol Hvar, Wednesday Stop in Bol, a small town on Island Brac, for a swim at the Golden Horn. Enjoy the 1740-foot-long golden pebble beach said to be the best in Croatia. It is unique in that it changes shape and position depending on the winds. Return to your boat for lunch, then head to Hvar. Hvar is one of the most popular islands in the Adriatic and a meeting point for the international jetset. The Croatian Madeira is also one of the longest islands stretching along the shores of Croatia. A sightseeing tour of Hvar town shows you the first public theatre in Europe (older than Shakespeare s theatre in the UK), the Franciscan Monastery and many more historical sights. Your evening is free to explore Hvar on your own. (B,L) Note: Due to the limited capacity of the Hvar harbor (during peak season in July and August) port of call can be substituted for Stari Grad/ Jelsa. In that case transfer by bus will be organized to and from Hvar. Day 6, Hvar Korcula, Thursday Relax on the Sun Deck as you cruise to Korcula, arriving in the late afternoon. This is the supposed birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. A walking tour will take you through the narrow, cobblestoned streets and includes a visit to the majestic Gothic-Baroque Cathedral of St Mark. The rest of the evening is free to go and find a quiet spot to relax or to visit a lively tavern the locals frequent. (B, L) member of 6

Here, a walking tour shows off the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. See the remnants of Split s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter s Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral. Your evening is free in Split. (B, L) Day 5, Split Trogir Sibenik, Wednesday In the morning sail to the UNESCO-listed city of Trogir. Your time here is free to explore on your own. Back on board, enjoy lunch as you cruise to Sibenik, with stop on the way for a swim. Arriving in Sibenik, a walking tour shows you the highlights, then your evening is at leisure in town. (B,L) Day 6, Sibenik Sali, Thursday The Sibenik area is home to two National Parks, Krka, with its breathtaking waterfalls, and Kornati, comprised of more than 140 islands. Your day is devoted to these scenic destinations before you sail to Sali. (B,L) Day 7, Sali Zadar, Friday As you cruise this morning, stop for a swim (weather permitting). Late this afternoon, arrive in Zadar. A walking tour shows you Zadar s historical center with the defensive walls built in 16th century, the ancient Port Gate where the Venetian lion still stands guard, the Square of the Five Wells, Church of St. Donat, Roman Forum (1st century BC) and the largest cathedral in Dalmatia, St. Anastasia. We regret we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. Travelers who need assistance must be accompanied by a qualified and p ysically able companion. Motorized scooters are unsuitable for touring. YOUNG TOUR PARTICIPANTS: Tour participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult; they receive a 10% discount on the land tour price. On escorted tours, we do not accept children under the age of 8 years because we have found that they are too young to enjoy these vacations. CARRIER S LIABILITY: The provisions and limitations of the Athens Convention Relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their luggage by Sea, 1947 (the Athens Convention ) and the International Convention on Limitation of Liability For Maritime Claims, 1976 (the 1976 Convention ) are incorporated on this Passenger Ticket Contract. Where the terms of this Passenger Ticket Contract confli t with any applicable mandatory provision of law or international convention, including, where applicable, the Strasbourg Convention on the Limitation of Liability in Inland Navigation, 1988 (the CLNI Convention ), the provisions of that law or convention prevail. FORCE MAJEURE (CRUISES): In case of any and all unforeseen circumstances during your cruise including but not limited to: weather conditions, low or high waters, lock schedules, acts of God, government actions, political turmoil, disease, strikes, terrorism, general break down of equipment, closures or black outs of certain attractions listed in the program or similar, we as the agent of the Owners/Operators of various vessels offered in our programs reserve the absolute right to change and/or alter any specific sailing date or a series of departure dates including implementing any of the following; a) substituting vessels of same or similar quality, b) operating portions of the sailing program via motor coach/ hotel accommodations to replace boat schedules, c) substituting listed attractions with those of same or similar quality without prior notice. The vessel operators also reserve the right to cancel any particular sailing date or series of departures, for reasons outlined above, lack of participation or for any other reasons beyond their control. In the unlikely event of a cancelled sailing date, in conjunction with the vessel owners/operators, we reserve the right to offer an alternate date or dates within the same sailing season without further liability. If not acceptable to passengers for appropriate reasons, we reserve the right to extend full credit for monies received for a cancelled sailing and apply it to any other sailing dates and destinations. If none of the alternatives are workable, the limit of our and the vessel owner/operator responsibility will be the refund of all monies received for the cancelled sailing within 60 days of the final written cancellation received from the partner/passenger. Under no circumstances will we or the owners/operators of vessels be liable for any expenses not paid through us, including any airfares, delays, cancellations or changes and any ticketing fees that may be applied due to such changes, any additional ground transportation or extra accommodation surcharges, travel insurance, visa fees, taxes, psychological trauma and/or lost business income or revenue, or other incidental expenses incurred to the Passenger as a result of our or vessel owner/operator cancellation of a specific sailing or se ies of sailings.
