VENUE OF THE MEETING 1.1 The AIS-AIMSG/4 Meeting will be held in Bordeaux, France at Service de l information aéronautique (SIA). 2. REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS 2.1 Participants are requested to register between 0800 and 0900 hours on the opening day of the meeting, i.e. Monday, 23 May 2011. 3. DOCUMENTATION FOR THE MEETING 3.1 Documentation for the meeting will be issued as study notes/information papers. All documentation will be posted on the AIS-AIMSG website at http://www2.icao.int/en/ais-aimsg. Participants are requested to download papers since no printed copies will be available. 3.2 A summary of discussions (SoD) will be issued shortly after the meeting. 3.3 Reference documents will be available to participants on the AIS-AIMSG secure website at https://portal.icao.int/ais-aimsg. 4. OPENING OF THE MEETING 4.1 The opening of the meeting will take place at 0900 hours on Monday, 23 May 2011 in the Salle de Conférences which, when you enter the SIA building, is the first conference room on the right. WORKING HOURS 5.1 The following daily working hours are proposed: 0930 1230 hours with a 15-minute coffee break at 1030 hours 1345 1700 hours with a 15-minute coffee break at 1530 hours. 6. LANGUAGES 6.1 The meeting will be conducted in the English language. 7.
