After clearing customs and immigration formalities, you will be met by our driver/guides and transferred to Arusha check inn for two nights. Accommodation: Mountain Village Lodge Day 2: Arusha National Park 0730hrs Depart from the hotel towards Momella area, Enjoy a peaceful and scenic canoeing safari along the shorelines of Momella lake. View buffaloes, bushbuck, giraffes, hippos and many water birds living around the area 12h30 Lunch at Momella Wildlife Lodge. 14h30 Afternoon game drive in Arusha National Park 17h00 Drive back to Arusha. Drop off at your hotel FB Accommodation: Mountain Village Lodge Day 3: Arusha Tarangire 0730hrs After an early breakfast depart for Tarangire National park. Around 1200hrs you will have lunch at Tarangire Sopa Lodge. Then at 1430hrs you will go for afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park. After breakfast around 0800hrs drive towards Lake Manyara area, lunch is taken at the lodge in Manyara. 1430hrs Later proceed for a short game drive in Manyara National Park. Road up the escarpment to the hotel, which is set upon the edge of the Great Rift Valley. Lake Manyara Tour; Inland of the floodplain, a narrow belt of acacia woodland is the favoured haunt of Manyara s legendary tree-climbing lions and impressively tusked elephants. Squadrons of banded mongoose dart between the acacias, while the diminutive Kirk s dik-dik forages in their shade and more. Accommodation: Laka Manyara Inn Day 5: Manyara Serengeti National Park 0800hrs After breakfast drive to the Serengeti National Park for lunch passing through farmland in Karatu areas and Ngorongoro Highlands. 1430hrs Afternoon depart to explore the flora and fauna of these great plains of Serengeti. Accommodation: Serena Lodge in Serengeti Day 6, 7 & 8: Serengeti National Park Full days of three game drives in the Serengeti National Park, Serengeti is undoubtedly the bestknown wildlife sanctuary and highest density of game in Africa. Serengeti provides sanctuary to the highest concentration of plain animals in the world. Survey estimates have put the animal population at about 4,000,000 including 3000 lions, 1,600,000 wildebeests, 300,000 Thompson and grants gazelle, 500,000 zebras. 2
Accommodation: Serena Lodge in Serengeti Day 9: Serengeti Ngorongoro Areas 0630hrs Depart for an early morning game drive in Serengeti. Breakfast at leisure. Afterwards drive to Ngorongoro Conservation area. Brief stop at Olduvai gorge. Tanzania's secret garden' which contains a hidden world of teeming wildlife. Descend 2000 feet from the lush rain forest on the rim to the Savannah bush and acacia woodland on the crater floor. Day 10: Ngorongoro Conservation area Around 0900hrs after breakfast descend the crater floor for a full day tour, Lunch will be taken at one of the picnic sites on the crater. 3
Day 11: Leisure Day No activities, full day enjoying and relaxation at the lodge. Day 12: Ngorongoro conservation area Lake Eyasi 0800hrs breakfast then drive to lake Eyasi for lunch, Drive to Lake Eyasi area. 14h30Afternoon visit nearby local village. Accommodation: Kisima Ngeda Camp Day 13: Lake Eyasi 0800hrs Depart for a full day guided tour to the Datoga and Hadzabe tribesmen. Hunting with Hadzabe men, Lake Eyasi, just south of the Serengeti, is a wild, scenically stunning area where you can get a real insight into the way of life of some of Tanzania's fascinating tribes, most notably the Wahadzabe and Datoga people who still use traditional methods of survival 4
