BASIC INFORMATION is a group of companies, the development of which begun in 1999. The corporation provides integrated project management and implementation of industrial projects in the Oil and Gas sector as well as in the renewable and nuclear energy sectors, shipbuilding and ship repair industry, steel structure manufacturing and other industrial sectors worldwide, both offshore and onshore. The main office is located in Lithuania, Klaipeda. One of the main and most experienced activities is Shipbuilding and Ship Repair services. The Project management is carried out by the team of professionals consisting of Project managers, designers, engineers and foremen. The company performs works on the basis of contractor at various shipyards worldwide. 2

OUR SERVICES provides the following services in the field of shipbuilding and ship repair: The assembly of the sections, the formation of the hull; Works on staples; Outfitting works; Manufacturing and installation of piping systems; Sandblasting and painting works; Verification of residual metal and weld thickness joints using Non Destructive Testing methods. 3

Kleven Verft (Norway) Over 7 years we have carried out the following projects: Multi-purpose vessel for underwater works (Pr. No. 320, 321, 352, 359.); Multi-purpose vessel for maintenance of diving works (Pr. No. 32, 325.); Service vessel / Anchor tug (Pr. 331-336.); Service vessel with a combined power plant (No.339, etc.); Platform Supply Vessel (Pr. No. 344, 345, 360-365). Installation of piping systems in the new shop and the mooring line. Project details: Production and assembly of different diameter piping (DN8 DN600) of different vessel systems : Seawater and fresh water cooling piping; Drinking water and cool water piping; Fuel transfer and Fuel Supply piping; Cargo and measuring piping; Wash over and Brine piping; Remote control quick-closing valve and Lurch compensating piping; Exhaust piping; Waste disposal and Drain piping; Central heating and Steam piping; Starting air piping; Oiling and Hydraulic piping. Testing of all the piping systems. Labeling of all the piping systems. 4

Paramet Konepaja (Finland) Within 5 years, we have completed the following projects: Manufacturing of dump bodies for underground haul trucks (client Sandvik Mining); Manufacturing of Azipods (client ABB); Manufacturing of Azipods (client Rolls Royce); Pilkington for cruise ships m/v Mein Schiff 1 and m/v Mein Schiff 4 (costumer STX Europe). Project details: The nodal assembly of the produced parts. Structural assembly in bulk and welding. The thicknesses of parts and steel sheets varies from 30mm to 100mm. Weight of the structure varies from 14 to 70 tons. 5

STX Europe STX Turku (Finland) Works were performed in close cooperation with our Finnish partner Ablemans Oy. Works were performed while building Cruise ships: "Freedom of the Seas, "Liberty of the Seas", "Oasis of the Seas", "Allure of the Seas", "Collor Magic". Assembling / welding of sections in bulk; Grand block construction assembling / welding; Block mounting on stocks (ship hull formation); Outfitting works. STX Langsten, STX Floro, STX Aukra (Norway) Shipbuilding and ship repair works were performed in close cooperation with our Norwegian partner the Artic Group. STX Saint Nazaire (France) Works are carried out in cooperation with our partners. 6

STX Rauma (Finland) Hull welding works during the building of the cruise ships and ice breakers were executed by our specialists (orders: NB 367, NB 367, NB 369 STX Helsinki (Finland) Modernization of the cruise ship "Color Superspeed 1" Specialists from together with the Finnish partner Ablemans Oy, took part in other shipbuilding/ ship repair projects in different yards in Germany and Finland: - "UTV Uudenkaupungin Tyovene Oy"; - "Turku Repair Yard LTD"; - "Meyer Werft" (manufacturing and installation of metal structures on a cruise ship "Disney Dream") Section assembling and welding, including part prefabrication (material: aluminum, steel); Grand block assembling and welding; Dismounting of old ship's constructions; Grand block mounting on the ship; Installation of additional stern thruster. 7

Landskrona Varvet (Sweden) Since 2006, we have successfully cooperated with shipbuilding enterprise Landskrona Varvet. From 2006 to 2009 our company acted as a general contractor for a shipbuilding project, which included building of five multipurpose hulls for offshore supply vessels. Approximately 95% of all hull-welding works were performed by the specialists from. Prefabrication of parts (bending, cutting) Component assembling Section production in bulk Manufacturing and installation of the pipeline systems. Bergen Group (Scandinavia) Fosen Yard ("BergenGroup Fosen", Norway) Ro-Ro ferries: "Stenna Trader" (NB 74) and "Stena Traveller" (NB 75). Multi-purpose supply vessels for offshores: "Bibby Topaz" (NB 76), "Geowave Endeavour" (NB 77), "Volantis" (NB 78), "Deep Cygnus" (NB 81). Assembling/welding and installation of the grand block superstructure; Stabilizer installation; Prefabrication and installation of the ships pipeline systems; Outfitting works and various finishing works; Painting; Thruster installation. 8

Holland Shipyards Holland Shipyards / Installho (Holland) Within 6 years, we have completed the following projects: Pontoon construction «Titan» and «Astrakhan»; Construction of the m / v «Eddy»; Conversion of m / v «DP Galyna»; Conversion of m / v «DP Gezina»; Production of metal structures for the m / v «Stanislav Yudin». For this project there were steel fitters, pipeline fitter, pipe and steel structure welders engaged. Project details: Extension of the ships hull due to additional sections, insert manufacturing; Production of various pontoons, as well as production and installation of lateral ballast sponsons; Production of deck superstructures for oil platforms (total 11 pcs.); Production of ships superstructures and their installation on site. 9
